“I have been using myfoodbag for about 6 weeks. I enjoy the variety of food and convenience of not having to plan and shop for food. I think the recipes are easy and yummy and would recommend to any busy people looking to eat healthy and save some time from shopping and planning meals.”

“Its tasty and easy to prepare. I do find it carb heavy and would like more green veges. It would also be good if when it says vinegar or mustard to know which type to use ie, balsamic or white. Wholegrain or dijon. Overall loving not having to think about what to cook for dinner.”

“i love my food bag. The vegies are soooo fresh and the meat is all organic and very fresh. I have lost weight yet i am eating more that i ever have. The spices and sauces are amazing . i tell all my friends to order it and stop worring about what to cook as the recipes are easy to follow and i produce yummy food with less that 500 calories”

“I have been getting a myfood bag for about 6 weeks now. I buy the fresh start 5 nights for 2. For me the main appeal is that the food is healthy, delicious and calorie proportioned which keeps me from over eating, or eating junk. I am a resonably good cook but I still learn a few tips and tricks from the recipies, and enjoy the flavour combinations. The convenience of not having to think every day, 'Whats for dinner' and then shop for food is very helpful in my life. I just pull a recipie and get started. I also really like the fact that I have no waste food to throw away, as everything is just the right amount. For me its a winner all round and would recommend for anyone busy and wants to eat healthy.”

“Great food!. Easyish to cook. Excellent flavours. Great selection of meat. Love the fish dishes. Wouldn't mind a good curry every now and then... but!!!! I am thinking about all the plastic waste that is created each week, from the wonderful sauces in plastic containers thru to the various veggies that are provided in plastic wrapping.It is a concern for us..thinking”

“I just cant recommend fresh start enough the food is amazing, apart from alsobeing super healthy its heaps for 450 calories even my big eater husband is not wanting more think we will do it for ever!”
