“MFB has been the best thing for me for more than one reason. I’ve got a pretty full lifestyle, so between work and sport commitment I don’t get much headspace to meal plan. MFB means that even if I get home late in the evening after hockey then I always have fresh ingredients to cook myself a nutritious meal. It takes the stress out of choosing what to eat, and means I save time not having to duck to the supermarket a few times a week. The portion sizes are very generous and often leave me with left overs for lunch the next day too. Being a single lady, it also makes cooking for one so much more economical and has helped me to cut down on kitchen waste. I’m loving branching out of my regular go-to meals and learning new cooking techniques and different cuisines too. MFB might not be perfect for everyone’s lifestyles, but it’s been the absolutely best thing for me.”

“We are a couple i our 60s and I was finding it frustrating finding heathly recipes to cook for just the two of us. When I saw a advertisement for My Food Bag, i had to have a look. Ever since I tried the first Gourmet Bag I have ordered every week sometimes getting Cook2 Heat2 for a change. I look forward each Sunday for a delivery and not worrying about what to cook. Great to being able to eat healthier nutritious meals. 😊”

“If there was a higher button to click in the overall rating I would totally go for it! My Food Bag has made dinners in our house fun, exciting, tasty and healthy! My 12 year old son cooks most of our meals and manages to do so easily with the lovely detailed instructions. Best part of it all is the excitement when the box arrives to unpack the week aheads meals. I can't recommend it highly enough, if you are not getting it then you are truely missing out!”

“We like the flavours, not having to think about what to have for meals, the lack of waste - there is more than enough for 2 people on our plan, sometimes allowing lunch the next day. We are sold on it. Occasionally it takes longer to prepare than what is suggested but perhaps I just need to get more efficient in the kitchen! We are rapt with My Food Bag - thanks.”

“The fresh start program has been amazing, and well worth every penny. The flavors are phenomenal and at no time do you feel like you are missing out on anything with the low calorie meals. Over the last eight weeks we have not had the same meal twice which can be important in the weight loss journey. We have tried a competitor but it did not even compare to the meals in the fresh start program. It has also been wonderful for my young daughter as she has learnt the importance of eating well and how that makes you feel good. Good food good mood. The recipe books are great accompaniments to this program as they give you healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Highly recommend as a safe and healthy way to loose weight or improve your overall well being.”
