“We love my food bag, we find the variety awesome and every meal is super tasty. As a parent the best part is that it’s easy to get the kids involved in the cooking and most importantly they enjoy every meal so dinner is easy.”

“I have been getting a myfood bag for about 6 weeks now. I buy the fresh start 5 nights for 2. For me the main appeal is that the food is healthy, delicious and calorie proportioned which keeps me from over eating, or eating junk. I am a resonably good cook but I still learn a few tips and tricks from the recipies, and enjoy the flavour combinations. The convenience of not having to think every day, 'Whats for dinner' and then shop for food is very helpful in my life. I just pull a recipie and get started. I also really like the fact that I have no waste food to throw away, as everything is just the right amount. For me its a winner all round and would recommend for anyone busy and wants to eat healthy.”

“Great food!. Easyish to cook. Excellent flavours. Great selection of meat. Love the fish dishes. Wouldn't mind a good curry every now and then... but!!!! I am thinking about all the plastic waste that is created each week, from the wonderful sauces in plastic containers thru to the various veggies that are provided in plastic wrapping.It is a concern for us..thinking”

“We've been Food Bagging for a while now (Meals for 2 in 20) and have been really enjoying the meals. Its saved the early morning hassle of deciding what to have for that nights meal or deciding on something and finding you've come up short in the pantry. The meal sizes have been good and while there's not a lot of left overs I think we're eating less and certainly a bit healthier. The recipe cards mean you can repeat your favourites and there are some great simple ideas that quite often slip the busy mind. If you are thinking about it give it a try you'll be pleasantly surprised.”

“we are really enjoying the new flavor sensations of my Food bag. We are doing the fresh start option and love the fact that the meals are healthy as well as tasty. i have also learnt the correct portion size of protein, from this bag. “As someone with chronic health issues, having the mental space free to cook has always been an issue. Signing up for My Food Box has broadened and deepened my day to day diet and kept me from just ordering pizza again. Having simple, clear instructions and everything right there makes cooking far less mental work, and it's always delicious.”

“I look forward to Sunday afternoon when the food box arrives-it is certainly a joy unpacking ( unlike unpacking the groceries)! The food box never disappoints! The meals a quite different and have provided us with new tastes which we are now part of our own meal planning-mash is now a family favourite! Thank you My Food Bag -the meals are delicious!”
