“Fresh start from my food bag has helped me out heaps, as I need to eat low carb and low sugar diets for my hormonal imbalances, this has made it way less stressful to plan for that and we have loved the food! Only critism would be that we would like to have slightly less meat meals and there is a few products which seem to have unnecessary packaging.”

“I have been enjoying my food bag, I’m having the gourmet bag witch I like but my only criticism would be the constant use of chicken breast and cucumber, please use more chicken thighs and other vegetables like fennel, beetroot, pumpkin :-)”

“Tasty recipes with some very yummy flavours. Occasional non-entity but mostly really delicious. Has made me think of alternatives especially in terms of the carbs I consume, even though I think that I generally eat well as I grow most of the vegetables I eat and cook in my own garden.”

“We love my foodbag. The only complaint we have is that my partner and I both dislike lamb, which is a weekly option. You can switch the beef, you can switch pork but it is not easy or possible to switch lamb. We have called about this options several times but there does not seem to be a way around it.”

“As a busy family we have found My food bag a lifesaver! Definately a time saver too and so much cheaper when you don't find yourself popping to the supermarket all the time and ending up with all the extras. Great when the first person home can just start dinner with no wondering what to have. Just wish there was a Paleo option but we have enjoyed both Fresh start and Gluten Free food bag options.”

“I love food bag found it so easy for sorting the dinner meals Couple of hip ups with only sending meals for 2 people instead of 4, but was no problem with a refund received Changing to 3 meals instead of 5 gave us a better meal options, with not receiving vegetarian dishes or bread meals Thanks food bag”

“The Food Bag has been a game changer for our family. We are two adults, an 18 month old and baby number two due to arrive any day. We decided to start getting the bag for several reasons: 1) we were fed up of eating the same things 2) I needed new inspiration of meals for our toddler with more hidden veggies 3) to stop us going to the supermarket several times a week buying unnecessary items 4) to make life easier when baby arrives 5) to educate ourselves on new meals and portion sizes. We get the classic for two and it is the prefect amount of food for the 3 of us. When family visit we up the bag to feed more of us and once baby arrives we will go on a health kick and get the lower calorie bag and just add our own bits to bulk it out for our toddler. It’s so easy and quick to talk to the customer care team who help with changing the bag when family arrive or if we have any issues or questions. We have had very minor issues twice in the 2-3 months that we have been using it and the problem was solved immediately with credit going onto our account. We also did the Christmas food bag which was amazing! Obviously nothing is perfect so the only comment we have is that lamb is included every week and although we do like it we would love to have it once every other week instead and see other options available (you can’t remove lamb as an option or at least I can’t see how you do it). And in a perfect world a lunch bag for adults would be a great idea. Thanks for making life easier, stress free, healthier and cheaper for our family 😊”

“Love the convenience of MFB Fresh Start Lite. Easy to prepare and sooo much food that sometimes I cant even finish the meals. Certainly have my favourites which I tick so that I can prepare them myself when I reach my goal weight. I am eating more vegetables with more variety than I have ever done and feel so much better for it. The low carb meals also mean I don't feel bloated after a meal. With the weight loss and daily exercise I feel so much better.”
