“Some of the meals are a bit boring but mostly they are great. Really tasty and so convenient. It’s nice having a weeks menu of tasty meals delivered to your door. We were a bit disappointed when our food bag didn’t turn up last Sunday and we ended up having to go pick it up from a friends address as the re delivery time didn’t suit with work commitments on the Monday. There was no recognition for the inconvenience caused on bith when it didn’t turn up and when we had to go and pick it up from another address.”

“We love the variety of meals, would be perfect if could choose how many days for the fresh start as 5 meals is 1-2 meals to many (my kids quite like old favourites too still) I would also really like the delivery boundary extended a smidgen as drinking into a family member is very time consuming. Overall though this is a great plan and live there is very little waste 😊”

“Mostly really happy. Loving the variety of recipes and tastes. Have found that things haven't been quite chilled enough when I've opened it, also last week I was missing a zucchini which was a bit frustrating. Only time it has happened though.”

“In my view the fresh start meals are lovely but I do feel the spices are not very spicy and they is rarely enough spice for the meal- I understand the smaller bags get the same spice pack as a bag for 4 people so there is not enough. I also don’t understand the amount of peas used in a lot of the meals - especially salads? Every week my other ingredients that are not spices - ie rice etc are thrown in with the cold damp Veges so when I get them the packs are all soggy and just about broken open. The courier never picks up the wool packing. Other than that the meals are delicious and we are enjoying them. I would like to have the option of fresh start for 3 days though.”

“I love my food bag especially for its convenience and variety of meals. We’re eating foods that we would not normally eat. We have had a few items missing which has been annoying and Sometimes the vegetables are either spoiled or measly especially a radish I received last week that was to be added to a salad for 2 people. The radish was tiny, the size of my thumb. Absolutely ridiculous. These things let the my food bag down.”

“My food bag has been great for us, with a new baby it’s just been so helpful not having to worry about what to do for dinner as it’s so easy to grab something unhealthy. With my food bag fresh lite we are also able to have the peace of mind that we are eating healthily. Thanks guys :)”

“Easy, healthy and tasty meals! I waste much less food now, as I know what I am going to be cooking and have all of the ingredients right there! The food is always great quality and there is plenty of it. My only minor complaint is that I often hear of others getting free gifts etc in their boxes, but I rarely do ;)”

“Food choices are great. I'm using ingredients I've never used before in combinations I would never have thought of with amazing results. Thought at first ingredients wouldn't be enough to fill hubby and myself but I was wrong they are filling tasty and quick and i no longer have to worry half the day about "what's for tea"”

In fact before we signed up the family were on the brink of staging a protest if they had to eat one more bolognese We are eating substantially more vegetables and salad and appreciating the variety of new and interesting meal ideas. “My food bag takes away the stress of thinking of what to make for dinner. At first it look a bit of time with all the chopping, but the more we have made the meals, the quicker and more efficient we have become and quite enjoy making fresh nutritionist meals. Every meal is different so you know you are getting a range of food groups and it never gets boring. We order a bag for 4, so lunch is taken care of the next day. The only down side is some of the fresh vegetables can go off during the whole week. Might be good to have some information on how to store they to last until they are needed? I recommend this service to my friends and I can see us doing this for a long time to come.”
