“If there was a higher button to click in the overall rating I would totally go for it! My Food Bag has made dinners in our house fun, exciting, tasty and healthy! My 12 year old son cooks most of our meals and manages to do so easily with the lovely detailed instructions. Best part of it all is the excitement when the box arrives to unpack the week aheads meals. I can't recommend it highly enough, if you are not getting it then you are truely missing out!”

“We like the flavours, not having to think about what to have for meals, the lack of waste - there is more than enough for 2 people on our plan, sometimes allowing lunch the next day. We are sold on it. Occasionally it takes longer to prepare than what is suggested but perhaps I just need to get more efficient in the kitchen! We are rapt with My Food Bag - thanks.”

“The fresh start program has been amazing, and well worth every penny. The flavors are phenomenal and at no time do you feel like you are missing out on anything with the low calorie meals. Over the last eight weeks we have not had the same meal twice which can be important in the weight loss journey. We have tried a competitor but it did not even compare to the meals in the fresh start program. It has also been wonderful for my young daughter as she has learnt the importance of eating well and how that makes you feel good. Good food good mood. The recipe books are great accompaniments to this program as they give you healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Highly recommend as a safe and healthy way to loose weight or improve your overall well being.”

“Our family are big fans of My Food Bag, and in particular the BBQ bag. Recipes are super simple, ingredients top notch and all the seasonings and sauces are so yummy! Also love the little freebies included every now and then. Thanks for making our lives easier!”

“I can't believe how tasty and easy these meals are. Our box arrives at the door and it feels like unwrapping xmas presents. My daughter and I are getting Fresh Start for diet reasons, however, we have converted my husband who was a meat and 3 vege man. We all love the variety and I love not having to think during the day while at work "what I am going to have for tea" because it's all there waiting for me at home. I am saving money as I'm no longer at the supermarket every couple of days. The meals are very generous in size and we often have leftovers for lunch the next day. My only concern is the herbs don't last long once opened so I quite frequently am buying extra. I am absolutely recommending Fresh Start to all my friends for the ease, taste and cost effectiveness. Love, Love, Love My Food Bag - keep up the great work.”

“I love My Food Bag. I am now on week 9 of the Lite 5 and I am loving the flavours and foods that were never part of my usual diet because they are so tasty. I also love not having to go to the supermarket and think about what I will have for dinner for the next week. On top of that the best bonus is that I have lost 7.8kg (as of weigh-in day on Sunday) - I am stoked!”

“Fresh Start is fantastic ! I’ve tried many food bags and this is by far my favourite. It helps me eat healthily without too much effort and makes it enjoyable too. I’m learning healthy food habits and new recipe ideas. Best of all, my kids have never eaten so many veggies! I can’t rave about Fresh Start enough.”

“I honestly can't speak highly enough of our Fresh Start My FB experience. It is just the 2 of us at home most of the time now and we're both working long hours. It's such a joy to be on the way home from work knowing we don't have to swing by the supermarket and end up spending $$$ on unnecessary extras. We take turns cooking the recipes but when my husband cooks I feel like We're out for a gourmet dinner it is that delicious! The big Bonus is that One of always gets leftovers for lunch too. When we've had extras over for dinner I just get a tiny bit more of the meat or fish and use a whole carrot or zucchini etc or roast some kumara to add. We give 10 out of 10 knowing we're eating a delicious quality nutritious meal. Absolutely recommend it to anyone tossing up whether to give it a go 😊”
