“The meals are good, but you do not really have much choice for pescatarians. We felt the meals were 'sameish' after a while. We enjoyed most meals, but need more choices. Thank you.”

“Its exciting to unpack our box of food on a Monday morning. With being fussy eaters, we have been open minded and trying food we wouldn't normally consume....and loving it !! We were big eaters so it took 2 weeks to get used to the proper portion size. We love this so much. My partner is diabetic and this has been instrumental in him getting much better BGL readings.”

“We are quite new customers. Bargain box has been life changing! The convenience of being able to choose from all the fabulous meal choices and for the ingredients to be delivered ready for you to cook has really taken that pressure off what we will be having for meals that week and shopping for them. My family absolutely love bargain box! Getting to choose the meals together and having delicious sauces, fresh produce and protein arrive each week is amazing. It has also encouraged our younger members of the family to become more involved in the cooking of the meals, because the bargain box recipes are so easy to follow.”

“It's good to not have to think about what to buy / make for dinner. Even 3 nights per week is enough to keep up some variety that we all can enjoy. Some of them have been incredibly tasty! There is also usually plenty of items in the box that is leftover so as to include in another future meal. Also trying foods I haven't utlitised before in meals is great for learning about new meals to make too!”

“I’ve been using Bargain Box for about two and a half months now and it’s been a really convenient option for weeknight dinners. The meals are simple, tasty, and quick to cook, which makes a big difference during busy weeks. It’s also great value compared to other meal kits, so it feels more realistic to keep using long-term. Delivery has been reliable and everything arrives well organised. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the vegetables and bread that it comes with. However, the cuts of beef have been quite fatty and a bit disappointing. I do sometimes add a few extra flavours or ingredients myself to mix things up, and I wish they used onions a bit more as they don’t come up very often in the recipes. I’m also not a big fan of the plain spinach leaf salads that come with some meals they can feel a bit basic. After a while the meals can feel a bit repetitive, but overall the quality has been good. Overall, it’s a really solid, affordable option that I’d happily recommend.”
