“Super easy recipes to follow and they have all been tasty. The food box arrives well chilled. My only criticisms are the veggies are not always at their best which is disappointing. It would be awesome if you could have single serve sizes of some of the spices otherwise I end up with little packets all over the place and I have started throwing them out for that reason which is a shame.”

“We found it more convenient and quicker than the leading competitors product as their ones took so much preparation effort. The dishes are tasty the only downside has been sometimes the overuse of chicken and rice in meals and while the quality has generally been good we have had issues with the mince being grisly and a little fatty which was disappointing and stop me from giving it five stars. I did advise my food bag of the issue and they gave me a credit which was good”

“Menu options are great. Easy to follow recipies. Doesnt take long to whip up a meal thats tastes great and satisfies everyone. Gives me inspiration on what to cook on the nights we dont have a food bag meal and you dont get bored with the same favourite meals I used to cook.”

“For as long as I can afford a food service option, I will keep it going! Bargain Box has been so great in helping me through a time when my mental health has been dire, in turn, food becomes difficult. “Food bag is great and i believe it is abut to get better which is good, as the only thing i would say it could do with a bit more variatey. It is so good not having to think whats for dinner and i believe it saves money in the long run.”

“Great for convenience. We love not having to think about meals. Instructions are easy and zero food waste. Food is yum. I wouldn't say the best meals I have ever had but definitely not terrible.”

“There are manytings to love about. It's always delivered in excellent state and punctually. The variation and range of the recepies is mindblowing. The food is 100% fresh. The recepies are easy to follow and the preparation stays mostly within the indicated time frame. I only wished that the amount of packeging would be reduced or replaced by more sustainable options and that the delivery boxex would be collected and recycled bu the company. It has been a game changer for weekdays dinner. Thank you very much.”

“Whilst the recipes are absolutely delicious the produce is borderline expiring so no wriggle room like you would have if you shopped yourself. Promos also need clearer terms. I skipped meals here and there. Promos still showed countdown of how many weeks left before honoured, then I wasn't eligible when new one started.”

“The convenience is really great. I do not feel like there is a lot of variety in the meals, and often see the same meals repeated frequently. I would also like to see better range of vegetarian options, as the current meat-free options seem very lacklustre compared to the meat options.”

“Overall favourable but not all recipes are Diabetes friendly. However they are flavoursome and relatively easy to prepare. My husband who had previously never cooked a meal in over 56 years of married life managed to follow the recipes when I had a recent operation and was unable to cook myself.”
