“We love bargain box. Saves us thinking of dinner ideas, always getting things we’d never cook and awesome to try new recipes. The variety is great and customer service is excellent! Couldn’t recommend it enough!”

“The meals are health, delicious and filling. The ingredients are usually fresh and of high quality, although some of the veggies have been bruised or gone soft before use. Some of the tinned products have short use by dates on them and are slightly rusted or dented. The delivery is always on time. More care could be taken when packing the frozen bags because some have been damaged and as they defrost, they cause the ingredients and the box to become wet. Last week the box dripped water as we were carrying it. Ive only had one occasion when their was an ingredient missing, which is very good because I've been getting the box for several weeks. Overall we feel very pleased with the product ☺️”

Hi Karen, thanks for your review! We’re glad you’re enjoying the meals and have had a good delivery experience. We’ve noted the bruised veggies, tins with short dates, and frozen bag issues, as well as the occasional missing ingredient. We’ll pass your feedback to the packing team and work on improving packaging and quality control. Thanks for sticking with us and for sharing your thoughts. - My Food Bag Foodies 🥦

“We have been enjoying bargain box for our family of 5, there are lots of receipes and they are easy to bulk up if you want to ensure left overs. We do wish there wasnt quite so much packaging, that the meat came in the size needed, instead of 3 packets etc, but can understand why its done. I would give it 5 stars if some of the receipes came with fresh herbs from time to time, a bit of corriander or mint would really be amazing! All in all, we are really happy, the kids can make them, not too many dishes used usually and they are yum!”

“We have the feed 6 for 5 nights box. It feeds our family well. The vegetables and meat are excellent. Far superior to what you would purchase from a supermarket. The meals are simple, take less time to cook and taste much better than if you takeaways. Always enjoy bargain box day.”

“We are in week 4 of My Food Bag and have been really impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the recipes. It has taken a huge amount off my mental load - as a busy working mum it has been such a gift to not have to worry about what to have for dinner each night, what I need to get from the supermarket each week or what meat to get out of the freezer in the morning. Absolutely love it!”
