“The recipes are great. The contents do not quite match. Vegetables are often limp and thrown away. Frozen vegetables are completely thawed and do not smell right when the bag is opened. Spices, sour cream and cheese are always in good condition and eat is excellent.n”

“I have been loving the recipes and convenience of the service, however found some issues with the quality of the vegetables, missing recipe cards and found that the ice packs are completely melted by the time of the delivery leaving everything dripping wet. I am hoping it doesnt continue this way, as we love the idea of the service. (I note that your follow up question doesnt provide an option of responses between 12 hours and over a week. The responses have been around four days later approx).”

“We have loved the recipes, my husband has done all the cooking and coped exceptionally well. Just inquiring, when we signed up the package was $88.99 for 4 days a week, I noticed on my bank statement this week it was $118. for the week, could you explain that please? Thank you”

“Having done bargain box for 2 months now, I have found the selection of meals fantastic. It's great not having to worry about what to cook and the kids love it. Their customer service is great. It's only frustrating when an item is missing or damaged in the box. But hasn't happened in the last month.”

“The food is nice enough, but so far no box has been complete - with missing ingredients and/or recipes; and all you get is a credit, which when some ingredients are left out means the meal completely changes e.g. a recipe for Bao Buns came with the ingredients, but no Bao Buns!”

“I love the convenience and variety of my food bag. However, the last couple of fruit boxs we have received have been rather disappointing with most of the stonefruit bruised. Also, our lettuce this week was inedible. Ive used foodbag for a number of years and i am usually impressed.”
