We have just had our Neff warming drawer repaired. I was told that firstly I would be given a day, and then the day before the visit I would be given a time slot, and then on the day the engineer would ring us approximately half an hour before the visit. I am pleased to say, that is exactly what happened. The engineer Mark , found the fault immediately, he had a variety of parts on the van for any eventuality, he talked us through the costs of repair before proceeding, then sorted it out within a few minutes. I found him to be a very pleasant, polite, and professional person, he even gave my little dog a chew. Would definitely use him again!

I have a brand new Neff pyrolytic oven. I have gone from Yorkshire Pudding supremo with all my previous old ovens to such a disasters I no longer attempt them. Yes, I know all about the fine art of making them re-mixture, beating, temperature, duration etc. Tried different settings - bread making, circotherm etc., different temperatures...but always turn out the same. I have even followed Neff's own recipe and instructions to the letter. Still the same. My mixture and technique work in other ovens but not this one. Tried and tried. Now given up. And no, I am not going to a class to "learn how to use a Neff oven". I really can't see any benefit in buying this expensive oven. Just an over priced gimmick. Do I really need a sliding door that in any case is impossible to clean? Thankfully. I am moving house. My new place will not be getting a Neff. Buy cheaper and simpler or, if you can afford it, Miele.

I have a slide and hide oven door model. All was well until the oven light bulb stopped working, it should be a simple task to replace it but it is impossible to remove the glass cover and this is an ongoing problem which Nef are well aware of. They sent me a leverage tool to fit(price £8.40) over the glass shade advised me to heat the oven for twenty minutes at 200 degeees and see if that did the trick. No such luck sent the tool back(postage £3.49 not refunded) The only solution they could come up with was to send an engineer out to replace the bulb at a cost £106 plus parts which is a complete rip off just to replace a bulb. It’s obvious that there is a serious design fault and having read reviews on the subject there are many others having the same problem. My advice don’t buy this oven unless you are prepared to be ripped off when you have to replace the oven light.

We bought all Neff appliances for our new kitchen, and we have been very disappointed with the condenser tumble dryer. It started leaking after a couple of weeks and an engineer has been out three times to replace parts, in the end we were given a replacement. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, the new tumble dryer leaked, we have had a part replaced, and it is still leaking.

All went wrong when I purchased a Neff double oven U2ACM7HHOB/55. It was recommended by Which magazine so I can't imagine what their "Don't Buy" ovens were like. Absolute and utter waste of money, cooks unevenly, takes ages to cook anything, dries out cakes, oven always looks dirty despite the pyroclean feature. The air vents are in the bottom of the oven door so grease gets between the glass door and can't be cleaned without taking it all apart. - poor design. Remove the door to clean it as per the instruction book and the hinges break and can't be mended and looking at their website that's going to set me back £130 to replace them. Save your money and buy anything other than one of these ovens. I'd try and recoup my money by selling on Gumtree or Ebay but would be too embarassed to pass this on to anyone other than the dustman.

Expensive over-hyped rubbish. Also the after-purchase service was abysmal. Avoid.

Didn’t start off too well as the oven wouldn’t work when it was first installed. We had to wait a couple of weeks for an engineer to call and reset it. It was fine then for a while until the steam action packed in. (I’d only used it 2-3 times!) Biggest nightmare however is the oven door. Once it gets dirty between the inner and outer glass panels you can’t clean it! We asked the retailer where we bought it how we could remove the door (after scrutinising the manual for ages) and she said “forget it”! She told us we needed a man to do it for us and gave us a phone number for a very nice chap who called out and used You Tube videos to help him get the oven off, apart, reassembled and put back in place. It took over an hour but he was very kind and only charged us €50. 6 weeks later I was trying to wrestle the turkey back into the oven and spilled the juices onto the oven floor and down the front of the appliance. Closed the door then only to see all the greasy mess dribble down inside my lovely clean door! I was horrified. I phoned the retailer to ask for the guys number as I’d lost contacts on my phone when it packed in and she said she had no memory of who the guy was. Sounds to me like the guy told her to never send him to a house where they had a hide & slide oven again! So we were directed to the nearest service engineers for Neff and their minimum call out fee is €95. So that’s where we’re at. €95 every time you need to clear your oven door! Never Again Neff! …… My own fault for not reading reviews before buying. You live and learn.

I wish I had never spent so much money on this oven, the mess between the glass is disgusting! it was taken apart last week once again that’s 5 times now in 14 months! We’ve still got the cuts on our fingers trying to get the door back on 😡 why we’re the vents put on the top of the door? My neighbour has the same oven and she doesn’t have this problem because the vents on her one are at the side. I think there’s been a blatant design fault in the newer models. I hate it and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!!

I purchased a Neff gas hob or £309 from Webbs of Cannock at the end of July 22. Due to delays in delivery of my kitchen unit 28 October 2022, the hob sat in its original packaging until our kitchen installers fitted it in October 2022. Our fitters noticed that the large burner enamel looked as though it had grit under it. I took a photo of this and sent it to Webb’s who finally came back with “as it was delivered over 45 days ago Neff will not do anything about it”? I counted asking 1. what has the deliver date to do with the original quality of manufacture, 2.it had not been installed over 45 days before, 3. where does it state this in my purchase agreement and what is included I’m my 12 month product warranty? Their response “ nothing we can do”. So I went onto my account I set up in Neff Home (as I also bought a Neff oven) to send my complaint there. That was 5 weeks ago and I have nor received any response. Now the black on the burner caps are looking as though they are 10 years old

We bought a Neff dishwasher a couple of months ago with our new Wren kitchen. I just absolutely hate it! It DOESN'T WASH the dishes, this is not my first dishwasher but it's the worst experience ever. Every time I put it on I know there will be some dirty items coming out afterwards. And they are not just a bit unclean, they are as dirty as I had put them in. And when you go to the Neff website there are like 700 lines to read of how to use their dishwashers to get a good result. Come on, it's only a device that is expected to wash the kitchen dishes not a space rocket!!! I don't need to have a degree in how to use a dishwasher! As I said I hate it and I won't be upset if it stops working, at least I'll have a chance to buy another dishwasher of a different brand. Would never ever even think about buying something from Neff. Just a life time ban. Phew!!! Now I feel better after all that rambling. The picture attached shows what this glass looked like after it was washed in the Neff dishwasher. This would never happen in my old dishwasher.

As other reviewers have said, you can’t get to the grease that falls in the space in the door, it looks so unsightly...

We had a new kitchen and Neff appliances fitted four years ago. We have had issues with the hide and slide door which has just come off for the fourth time! As well as that grease marks on the inside of door glass are impossible to clean unless you take the door off. You need a degree to do this. We have spoken to Neff in the past who could only suggest a Neff repair visit at cost or speak to one of their team to talk through how to replace. We are an elderly couple and unable to deal with this situation as I am sure many abled people would have been unable to do as so complex! We have now taken the oven out and feel very disappointed that this oven which was an expensive item has let us down. The mechanism for the door was so complicated and we would never have purchased had we foreseen the issues that we have encountered!

Really shocked by the poor after sales service. Bought a downdraught extractor and wanted to speak to technical whilst fitting it to check on a couple of things. The answer I got was no you can't speak to technical support read the book. I obviously had do e that but the instructions were anything but clear. All other companies I work with would help. Avoid at all costs I believed neff were on a par with bosch. Far from it bosch can not be more helpful neff don't give a monkeys once they have your money

Avoid Neff at all costs, do not ignore this review We purchased a Neff oven through Wren kitchens, great double oven with good reviews on Which, and were initially very pleased with it. Then it went wrong, and its been a nightmare ever since, Neff customer service is awful. We reported back in September 2021 that the oven had a problem, the cooling fan was either not coming on or when it did, he would not shut off. The next issue, to me it seems the thermostat is faulty, it is either not heating up or overheating, at one point the oven completely overheated and we could smell burning, this damaged all the chrome, shelves, pull out runners and scorched the oven around the door. When reported, Neff were going to replace the oven no questions asked, until they found out it was purchased from Wren, it seems if it was purchased via AO they would replaced it, but under circumstances will they replace it if purchased elsewhere. Neff have offered to repair the oven, but I do not want to trust a brand new oven that has obviously been poorly manufactured and requested a replacement, which they will not accept. This has been going on for so long now, today is March 2022, and this has been going on since Sept/Oct 2021. The oven could be a great oven, this is the annoying fact, and would love to recommend it, but if you have a problem, good luck trying to get any joy out of Neff customer service, they are simply not interested. Only purchase Neff if you want an appliance to look at and don't want to ever use it, I would really swipe left and choose another manufacturer as I have defunct oven that cost £1600 and can't do anything with it.

I wish I had read reviews before getting 2 of the hide and slide ovens for my new kitchen. They were the only neff ones that Wren had. After 2 months use the doors have marks inside them - this is definitely a design flaw!! The chap on the phone was rude and obnoxious as if it’s an everyday task to remove the door and then dismantle the glass panes. Disappointed with my ovens and sad that I now have these for the next 10 years as they were expensive. I have always been an advocate of Neff - all my appliances have been Neff for last 25 years - Neff you could do better!!!
