The cooker was fitted along with a new kitchen eighteen months ago I would strongly advise against buying this product the main oven door is the slide under design and badly designed at that When the door is in the open position it has a vent that faces upwards and no matter how careful you are it lets ingress to enter between the glass door panels because it looks unsightly you need to continuously clean the door to do this the door as to be removed and disassembled it’s a fiddle of a job that takes an hour and needs to be done regularly during my last removal and clean I broke one inner glass panel The cost from Neff £207 So it’s good wheez on their part you pay for their very bad design I spoke to customer service and explained my dissatisfaction but their response was Live with it I would never buy another Neff product ever

Our built in microwave (C17UR02NOB) broke again. Error code E1007 again. Purchased march 2021. Magnatron replaced September 2022 under warranty. Here we are July 2024 with a useless piece of junk. These magnatrons don't last long so expect a breakdown every 12-18 months. I have never had a microwave break down on us before, in fact of the 3 previous ones, 1 was sold, The second is in my workshop (to re heat my coffee) And the third one I have brought back in to replace this useless naff. Sorry, neff. Even better naff neff. Probably looking at around £200 to have it repaired. Don't expect appliances of this price to have such a short life. Looking at other reviews I see I am not alone with the magnatron problem on a naff neff. I had never even heard of a magnatron problem untill I bought this. You would think that with this amount of magnatron problems they would have sorted the problem. But as neff like to point out, they are a innovative company. They certainly are, the innovation is in the way they make more money on what was a very expensive appliance in the first place. If you buy one of these, expect high maintenance costs. Have also seen reports about the electrical efficiency of this item & it doesn't make good reading .

From day one of purchasing oven B47CR32N0B/93 four years ago it frequently warns it needs cleaning despite the fact the oven is spotlessly clean. According to a NEFF engineer this is because the oven registers too many cooked roast meals. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! We are a two person family with below average oven usage (we have two Neff ovens - the other is a steam oven, which has not required a deep clean since it was purchased at the same time). At the time of purchasing the ovens we also purchased three other Neff appliances, and all appliances were manufactured in 3 different countries! I recently contacted customer services to explain the oven saga but the operator was only interested in selling a costly visit by an engineer, who would undoubtedly repeat what the other engineers have said!! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER! It is my view that the oven in question is faulty. Very wary of purchasing Neff in the future!

We bought an expensive inbuilt microwave that Jeff repaired within warranty and then it keeps breaking every 3-4 months. Need should recall the product and actually it would be good to provide some customer service rather than saying it has passed warranty. We know that it has but my question is that it needed repairs within warranty sh should ideally be replaced when same part keeps malfunctioning.

After two years my Neff Microwave door yet again is causing problems. Now the product is out of warranty Neff don't want anything to do with it, unless you pay them. On the first visit last year (2023) the door dropped, the engineer under warranty added nuts to the self-tightening bolts/screws to stop them from loosening ....clearly wasn’t designed or manufactured this way.. He removed the whole unit, removed the cover and reinstalled the built in Microwave. Nothing mentioned about brackets, or out of tolerance etc. There was no leak test either! The glass panel recently cracked so had to purchase a new door, this new door doesn't align correctly so I contacted customer services who rejected the issue, claiming that no leak test has been undertaken and due to H & Safety they can't do anything. I’ve requested evidence of the previous test which i know the engineer never undertook and they can't provide confirmation, well isn't that a surprise. Finally, they agreed as a gesture of good will to send an engineer.....I recognised the engineer from previous visit but he denied knowing me....he then placed his I pad on my worktop and referred to notes from the previous visit....slightly odd if he has no recollection of a previous visit. This time he was totally dismissive of the issue and was blaming the kitchen installation, didn't mention that last time around! He was rude, obnoxious, and talking down on me and continued to argue and blame the kitchen installation all the kitchen units are flush and all doors align perfectly. The oven door, unfortunately has two issues the bottom left hand corner is not sitting flush, and the two brushed steel strips don't align perfect horizontally with the integrated oven below which looks unsightly particularly when you have paid thousands for what is supposed to be good brand. The engineer had a bad attitude didn't want to help, when I asked him to show me the brackets he believes are missing from the installation he refused and said refer to your installation manual, when i provided him with a copy, he refused to refer to the relevant page. He forgot that he reinstalled the microwave on his last visit! This kitchen inbuilt unit cannot be adjusted, the microwave slots into the recess opening. There is a L shaped side plate on the left hand side of the microwave which sits flush against the kitchen cupboard and is screwed directly on the microwave with pre-defined screw holes so you cannot adjust the microwave at all. The engineer walked out ignoring me when standing beside his car door taking photo of his reg…he drove off

I have just purchased a Neff double oven. I purchased a Neff product believing it to be one of the best manufacturers. So far and it is only a few days old, all seems to be well but my Wife and I immediately noticed that the volume of the alarm was almost inaudible. Five bleeps can just be heard if you are standing not more than two feet from the cooker. I contacted Neff Customer Service in the hope that it would be possible to increase the volume. I was told that certain, probably even more expensive models, have a function which controls volume - mine doesn't. I asked whether the alarm function could be replaced but I was told No as it was not a fault. I said what was the point of having an alarm which couldn't be heard and the representative agreed but couldn't do anything about it as was not a fault and an engineer could not replace the alarm function. I really now wish I had bought from another manufacturer. If a simple issue such as this cannot be resolved I fear the worst should a major problem arise.

I bought a new matching NEFF integrated oven and microwave. I’d had NEFF appliances before and found them to be of high quality and style. Now I realise they have become another brand of style over substance. I’m writing this review to save your dissatisfaction. After just 20 months the microwave magnetron failed. I paid over £100 for an engineer to call. They replaced the part and because it failed so quickly NEFF bore the cost of the part. Fair enough I thought. Then just over 8 weeks ago after a further 18 months the magnetron failed again. I paid over £100 for an engineer to call and diagnose the problem. I then had to wait 8 weeks for the part to become available. Today they replaced the part and I paid over £100 for it which was apparently a 20% discount because of the delay. So on top of the initial purchase I am paying £11 a month on repairs, so far! I didn’t sign up for that! Get a different brand. There are plenty out there to choose from. Date of experience: April 22, 2024

The oven door doesn't close properly and only for that reason, the oven doesn't work. We had a NEFF engineer come out to fix it, but because it's an old model, he said he didn't have the parts to fix it. This is ridiculous - to throw away a perfectly working oven just because the hinge on the door can't be fixed.

Less than 3 years old and the oven door is faulty AGAIN. I really thought I was buying quality. It was repaired during the first year and now it’s out of warranty. I haven’t used my oven since Feb. For fear of it shattering. In 41 years of marriage until 3 years ago I’ve only had 2 ovens. I am beyond disappointed. I will not pay £1 for technical support having paid out on such “good” brand. Surely this is a design fault.

We've had a microwave and cooker hood fail under warranty and now, out of warranty. Both are just over 3 years old. The quality of these items is shockingly bad - and they are basically Siemens in disguise. AVOID like the plague. You'd expect a constantly faulty £799 microwave to be a bit better than this.

Purchased all Neff appliances for new build house, including the Hide & Slide oven, B47CR32NOB/C1. However, after only 3 months & keeping the oven spotless, the oven door has two long streaks inside the glass door which look unsightly. Checking the manual means you need to remove the door, then the glass door panels, all whilst adhering to the constant, 'Warning- Risk of injury'. I contacted customer services who told me that I would need to pay for an engineer call out, even though the oven is only 3 months old, as this wasn't a fault. I beg to differ. If the oven door is so poorly designed that it will need dismantling every 3 months to clean the glass, it is simply not well designed. What a shame & not good experience with customer services.

Had purchased neff hide and slide oven 4years and 4 months ago as part of a new kitchen had up till then been delighted with it unfortunately it is now no longer working. I have now purchased the same model but would like to think that such an expensive oven will last alot longer.

Our cooker has gone wrong multiple times. Now it's out of guarantee 2 years it no longer works? For such a good quality it's life span is utter rubbish. We hardly use the cooker therefore probably about 3 months total use. Avoid buying this expensive poorly designed equipment

Dreadful customer service, engineer was horrendous! Told lies, shouted at me ! Bullied me, said offensive things to me, damaged my property. Tried to do private work and then tried to extort money out of me cash in hand which I refused, left me absolutely no paperwork, no estimate, then tried to charge me for installing a motor when the engineer never actually installed a new motor. ! They threatened me with an invoice which I’m now ignoring, Called citizens advice and they reported them to trading standards, will never ever buy Neff again, their engineer is a con artist.

Disappointed! Very slidey shelves, had many incidences of cooked food falling out. Shelves too close together, bottom shelf too high, top shelf too low. Very hot on outside door during use. Worst of all, my cases keep sinking.

We bought our prestige range NEFF oven 3 years ago for around £1000. The mother board has now gone and costs well over £300 to replace. We contacted NEFF asking for discount as we have so many NEFF appliances in our kitchen. They offered a 15% discount on the part but not on the additional £100 fee for fitting. We are disgusted and will look for another brand. We thought we were buying quality clearly we were not!

In 2020 I purchased a Neff double oven for £799 . In may 2023 I had to call out the Neff service engineer as both ovens had stopped working costing me £118 The fault was condensation on the grill element. I was told the fault was caused by not using the cooker enough. This has now happened again in January 2023. On booking the repair I was told that if it was the same fault I wouldn’t be charged .. prior to the engineer arriving I had a telephone call from the engineer telling me that if it was the same fault I would be charged as it was my fault for not using the cooker enough .. I find it totally unacceptable that a cooker needs to be used continually to stop this problem.. The engineer was very rude and told me if I didn’t use my car it would stop working and if I didn’t exercise I would stop working and it was the same with the Neff cooker.. it also seems quite clear that condensation should not be a problem if the element was sealed .. obviously a major fault and needs acknowledging A.B

Absolutely none existent customer service, horrendously poor quality. I had 2 ovens installed and both were faulty, had them replaced and one of these is now faulty having never been Used. Suggested I pay to get an electrician out rather than admitting their ovens are faulty. Never used oven trips the electric each time they’re switched on. They are rude and I would never buy Neff anything again. Plus my warranty is only covered from the first 2, so I’ve lost out on 2 months. It’s such a poor poor service / product. Only gave 1 because you can’t give zero. £2000 of ovens and it’s like it’s nothing .

Both Microwave & Oven broken when new! Here's the hell we've had with Neff... new vacation home and the developer put in NEFF appliances... when we moved in the Microwave did not work at all... fixed after a week under warranty... We don't use the appliances (eat out) and only used the oven once to heat a frozen pizza... now we're almost at 2 years and the oven blows the circuit when turned on... and now it's been nothing but discussions about if it's covered under warranty and we've had to buy a small air fryer/oven to cook... I will NEVER buy NEFF for my primary place (picked Miele) and if you buy it, you were warned.

Purchased a NEFF electric double oven (U2GCH7AN0B) in Dec. Did pyro clean and found the enamel flaked off/ missing in 2 places on one side. Contacted NEFF who visited but now say it is not covered under their marvelous 2 year warranty. They claim we caught it moving oven shelves in and out. We haven't. Also if the sides don't survive normal use of moving the shelves the oven is clearly not good quality. Certainly not worth £1500! Never had any such problem with previous, cheaper ovens. AVOID.
