We arrived early morning and found a space no problem, although the bay's are quite tight. We walked with our two children, 4 cases and 4 bags to the nearest bus shelter in the rain where there were already two people waiting. A bus came but went straight past us. More people were coming to the bus stop as this happened so they and the two people waiting walked off and we noticed they stopped at the earlier bus stop. Another bus came and we could see it stop at there stop and let them on. By this time there was about ten of us at our bus stop. The bus came and stopped only for the driver to tell us it was full. We called the help button but no one answered and cold and wet we were getting stressed and concerned , some people started walking. A third bus came and thankfully we got on. Not good when your on a schedule to get checked in on time.

Short stay car park is convenient for terminal but my ticket would not let me exit on my last visit. Attendant opened the barrier after a couple of minutes wait. Thankfully it wasn't busy so a queue did not build up behind me!

Easy to use , only 1 problem and this has happened before the machine wouldn't read our card on the way out so I had to get out the car and take it to the men in the office. Bit annoying when it's late and your tired.

Ample parking although I cannot see why you say car parks are closed when there are plenty of spaces in them. As my wife cannot walk too far we try to park in the car parks closest to the terminal but you often have them closed off when there are ample spaces. Yes we could wait for the bus and maybe do a 10,000 piece jigsaw whilst you wait for it but please be re-active to car parks and don't close them when there are twenty or thirty spaces available as there was when we went to Majorca a few weeks ago

The camera system is useless - it never recognises my number plate which is private but confirms to lettering standards etc. This means I always have to go to the service hut to get out which is not what you want to be doing at 2 am

A great facility with the only criticism being that when arriving it is difficult to find the areas that have vacant spaces. After driving around for twenty minutes up and down rows of traffic we found car park L was virtually empty. Good price though. Happy ish

Extremely full car park ended up in one of the oldest parks where the ground is full of potholes due to the high cost of parking I expect better to leave my car.

Easy to find, however nor so easy to locate your vehicle on your return. As there are no identifying marks on edge of rows although there is on the bus shelters. Recently spent an hour walking round looking for car on return, this was early hours of the morning after a long flight. Not good when you're tired and wanting to get home.

Made a change to the date my car needed picking up and was told there wasn't a problem. Couldn't get out of the car park when I picked up the car and had to walk to the office to get ticket validated. The 10 cars behind weren't hspoy5

Drove into short term car park withe a one week prepaid ticket but could not raise the barrier on exit, had to change lanes to get a barrier that worked with a prepaid. Call the operator for help and waited too long for an answer. It was eventually answered whilst I had changed lanes to one which accepted me as prepaid.

On arrival at the airport long term parking - I followed the main stream of traffic and an Airport Bus - all traffic turned left - myself included. I then realised that I had followed vehicles to the Employees Car Park. Neverthess, I did find a number of vacant spaces in a nearby parking lot. I parked my car and then walked to the Bus Shelter to await the courtesy bus. I used the phone to call for the courtesy bus. It took a long time for my call to be answered. When it was answered and I told the Car Park Attendent where i was - I was told that I had ignored signs and had driven on the wrong side of the road to get to the car parking area that I had parked my car (needless to say several cars and the Courtesy bus had also ignored the signs). The attitude of the person was rude and objectionable. I asked him what shall I do? Move the car? He said that he will " arrange for the bus to pick me up "if there is space". I waited more than 25 minutes and no bus. I was joined by a number of other drivers who had also found their way to this car park and bus shelter. When I advised them that I had already requested to be picked up; some 25 minutes before, one of the Drivers used the phone to make a further request. The Car Park Attendant was perhaps the same person that I had spoken to; in that his attitude and behaviour was unacceptable and most certainly rude. Because of this response we all started to walk to the terminal........ as we had low expectations of a bus arriving to pick us all up and take us to the terminal. I have footage from my dashcam that shows how I followed the traffic stream to the car park. No evidence of a no left turn was evident. When walking to the terminal - we all noticed a cone and a 'small' insignificant sign. perhaps if the sign had been placed on the roadside prior to the left hand turn as opposed to being in the left hand lane AFTER the turn - then perhaps I would not have suffered the rudeness of the Car Park Attendant. Needless to say; this unfortunate encounter with your employee dampened the hoilday spirit of me and my fellow car park users.

Took a bit of figuring out where to park. Followed signs where if said there were spaces ( there wasn't any ) after visiting a few areas and getting the same result, we followed the signs where it said the car park was full.....loads of places to park !

Entrying the Airport Long Term Car Park there were no problems. However there are a couple of points which I would like to make in order for you to make improvements to your service. We waited at the shuttle bus stop for around 20-30 minutes during which time one bus came round but we could not get on it as the bus driver indicated that it was full - although it did not look to be. Ultimately we ended up walking to the departure terminal building as no bus looked likely to pick us up in time for us to be at the terminal building. On returning to the UK we had issues getting out of the car park with the ticket which had been issued on entrying the park - luckily for us there were airport maintenance men just behind us in their van - this is unacceptable the machine should of accepted our ticket and let us out immediately after all we did pay in advance for our long term parking. So there are improvements to made particularly since your customers whether they park their vehicles for short term or long term stays pay substantially for the stay.

Easy to park the car and plenty of bus stops around the car park to be able to get to catch the bus to the terminal building. Return pick up at 01.30hrs was not as seemless. Long wait in queue for bus which was very busy once on board. Very difficult with pushchair and two young children. A number of passengers had to get off so we could get off at our stop and get cases off. Getting out of the car park was fine.
