You told me I would receive a text on the day of my departure to confirm details, I never. I paid one pound for this service. The car park was really busy. Waited about 30 mins to get into a space.

I would use again but will not park near to to the edge where trees are as the car was covered in everything we had to go straight to a car wash

I think parking was good, where as bus was not good , to full and it went all over .when we returned we just walked to car park, it only took 3 or 4 mins,bus took 20 mins.

I arrived at the short stay car park having paid in advance and drove around along with many others to find a space. I do not know what would have happened if I had not had already checked in online and only had hand luggsge. Surely an area could be set aside for orepaid with ANPR capability.

Quite a long wait for courtesy bus . We decided to walk to the terminal. Perhaps more buses should be running covering individual sectors of the long stay car parks.

Found it very difficult to find a parking bay. Had to use the roughest part of the overflow car park and was at 4 in the morning

luckily I arrived in plenty of time,,,I spent a lot of time looking for a space,only a few sections had signs saying full,so it took me twenty minutes to find a space.. can we have some indication on arrival where the spaces are.

I booked medium stay parking online the night before my departure the next day. When I came to leave that evening the machine did not recognise my ticket. I had to ring for help and then go into the kiosk to prove I had paid, whereupon they validated my ticket. The possible explanation was that the magnetic strip had been in contact with another card during the day. Otherwise - easy and convenient.

online booking was fine, there was a small problem when I came to exit as machine said I had gone over the length of the booking (which I had not) however I rang the help line quoted the booking reference and the barrier was raised without much delay.

Upon arrival at the short stay carpark at around 0400 I awaited for my ticket to be printed after the NPR camera had done its job after parking y car in a vacant bay I checked that my ticket had the right info on it to find that the wrong reg number been printed. This caused me great concern and I had to then go to the your carpark office to try and sort the problem out, as you may agree this was of great annoyance to me as I had a flight to catch and would not be back for 2 weeks. The answer I got from the attendant in your office did not raise my hopes for my return as I felt I would still have problems leaving the carpark. If this a ongoing problem it needs to be sorted.

I was able to park the car 50m from the terminal and it was there when we returned from holiday and it had been cleaned. I have no idea where it was stored or who drove it while we were away but you hear of some horror stories. My car seemed ok though. Probably because its rubbish.

Struggled to find a parking space. No bus came. Used telephone in shelter 6, which no one answered and had to walk to the terminal which was a struggle due to poor mobility. On return, the bus was driven by a wonderful and helpful young man.

Spaces are to close to each other and doors open into another car if not careful.

finding my way in easy,getting out not so easy.barrier refused a valid ticket because i was in wrong lane. i would expect any barrier to accept any valid ticket.

On arrival back into Newastle airport in the early hours, we had just missed one shuttle bus and had to wait in the rain for another one. The car park is badly lit and everyone on the crowded bus struggled to find where to get off and find their car.

Parking car was a wee bit difficult as they were very busy, only to be expected at this time of year, however, the buses were quite infrequent and for a second time in consecutive visits we had to walk to and from the airport on drop off and pick up. At an International airport such as Newcastle one would expect buses to run regularly to pick people up.

Found a space ok but on return when trying to leave the car park at 1am there was a problem. The machine would not accept any tickets to exit and on my turn I was being told to pay £86 unless I could find my paperwork.

I parked my car in E car park and was surprised to find on my return that the free bus driver did not let me know where it was. We had driven past it and I had to walk a way back. I felt this used up some of my time unnecessarily as I had a long drive ahead of me. The path to car park E was very rough and hard for me to pull my suitcase even though it was a cabin case small enough to fit in the overhead compartment of the plane. When I drove out of the car park the underneath of my car was badly scratched by the metal prongs on the exit road.

It was kayos at the exit we had to park blocking the exit for other users and go to the office. The recognition cameras need upgraded or an exit ticket sent through the post or something . It was pouring down with rain and my wife got soaked going to the office this should not have been necessary, Please invest some of the fortunes you make into a decent carpark exit system.
