Stayed at the long stay car park in September for 4 nights. Finding a space was OK, waiting for the courtesy coach was longer than expected (about 10 minutes) though the wait on the return was only a couple of minutes. Enjoyed the chat of the cheery driver. Overall good service

The car park was confusing. There was CAR PARK FULL signs on most of the entrances but there was lots of spaces so we were not sure if we could park there or not. Very confusing to be honest but got back to the car on one piece!

Easy and fast to use as always. This was the first time time I took my disabled daughter on holiday. The website claimed there was no need to reserve disabled bays as there are loads available. However when I arrived there were none and I ended up having to park quite away from the terminal, leaving me struggling with two cases, various other bags and my daughter's wheelchair for a few hundred yards. Please make more disabled bays available!

For the second time this year we used the long stay car park and ended up having to walk to the terminal as the buses did not turn up at either of the bus stops we waited at. There were dozens of people at each stop and they all ended up walking with luggage. Very disappointing.

When we dropped the car off during the day the courtesy bus to the terminal arrived within that stated time. However when we arrived back in the early hours the courtesy bus to take us back was not available and did not arrive in the allowed time.

Apart from picking up a £60 fine for dropping someone off before entering the parking area., the rest was acceptable.

The ease of parking and access to the terminal. The "friendliness" of check-in staff (generally for the Emirates flight) is pretty much a gamble, as I have met with some fairly abrupt staff, with challenges on customer focus, however all other aspects of the terminal - with the exception of the Aspire Lounge - are good and the recent upgrade in departures is a major improvement.

Whilst the prices, even discounted, are quite outrageous, it was all cool once I actually found an area that did have a parking space. Entering and exiting was very easy.

Generally ok but I did have a problem on one occasion this year. The short stay recognition camera did not log my registration correctly and it made leaving the car park difficult. I had to find my booking ref number to satisfy your security. This took up some time.

Everything was fine. The only issue I had was I failed to see the point of booking ahead online. We did this and when we arrived there were barely any spaces left. It took us a while to find one and when we did, someone jumped in before we got it. When I said "what was the point of booking online", the man next to.me said "we just turned up on the day without prebooking." So anyone not prebooking can just come along and grab a space. What would have happened if we who had prepaid, turned up and couldn't get a space because of people just turning up.

the on site parking was reasonably priced and easy to book. The staff at the airport are friendly and helpful. However, there are insufficient staff manning the food outlets. Long queues and cold food by the time you get to the checkout. Also tables not cleared quickly. The facilities in the dastination are far more organised and staffed.
