I park at the airport each week; the cost is high but it eouldn’t Matter if I was getting a good le of service. Unfortunately I’m not. Each week, because the camera / software can not recognise my private number plate, I am stppped at the barrier. It’s embarrasing being asked for money & holding up others; when I have already prepaid. This doesn't happen st Edinburgh, Leeds or Manchester.

Positives: Entry to car park (next to terminal) was a breeze and there were plenty of spaces available. We opted for a space closest to terminal next to some parking barriers(there was a gap of at least 1 car length between barriers and my car) Negatives: Upon our return we found that the barriers had been moved closer to our car? They were now about 2 feet from it. Exiting the space was a bundle of joy - not! Think of Austin Powers 3 point turn. After finally freeing ourselves from the space we make our way to exit barrier. I had pre paid the parking online a week before but the machine was demanding £120 (something) pounds. After alot of back and forth with the chap on the intercom he told me my car registration wasn't on the system??? Fortunately I found the email with the booking, confirmation number and we were finally allowed to leave. We've parked with you twice before this and had no problems. The issue with the car registration is understandable, computers have glitches all the time, but being practically pinned in by a barrier is not on, this was human error on your part - not unacceptable. This will in no way deter me from parking with you again, I will just avoid any barriers and keep my booking details at hand upon exit. I suggest anyone else wishing to use this car park do the same.

Car park building works not explained beforehand so arriving at 6.30am meant finding way thro building site in the dark. Not fun or reassuring if leaving car for a week on a building site.

Meet and greet is not what I would call this, trade descriptions might be interested too. So I come to the car park. Go into the office all ready with my keys and paperwork, to be told “you will have to find somewhere to park it” on return the same a finger pointed in the general direction of my car. What a joke it should just be called closest to airport parking.

No spaces available in the CP we paid for. Ended up parking a long way away. Not great service, despite premium price.

We were allocated Short Stay carpark two, getting from here to the Airport departures was not easy in terms of having to go around workmen fences and not having pedestrian pavements to walk on. On returning to the car park, it was not easy to find the exit, there was a sign but the visibility of the sign could be improved. When trying to exit the car park the barrier would not open, I was booked until 22:00 and it was only 20:00 but the machine stated I was over the time limit.

Carparks closest to the terminal are closed winter times, no logic at all. Bus transfers not so frequent. Why do the bus drivers ask where you are parked, when they should do the standard carpark route.

The bus from the airport never seems to be waiting when flights arrive especially the late evening or early morning. This is proven by watching the amount of people that are walking to the car parks.

There were no trolleys nearby. First had to walk up there with my child still in the car to find out there were no trolleys. Thank God i booked the short stay, but still had to walk on my own with 3 pieces of lugage and a pram.. So that took me ages. Would be nice if you are able to make a notice with the booking to get assistent if needed.

Medium stay car park ,car was in the middle of a construction site. The tarmac was removed around our car ,no dedicated foot path and very little lightning when walking down the middle of the road to access the car park at 10-30 pm.

Difficult to find parking space and when we eventually did the phone at bus stop 10 was out of order therefore had to walk to stop 9 a further 15 minutes before the bus arrived

Expensive and difficult to find spaces in the dark. Many areas closed off making it difficult to know where you can park. Many cars parked on side of road ways because of this with other areas empty.

Wish I could give a higher rating, but my wife an I were not impressed by the attitude of the driver of the courtesy bus! He alone gave a very poor impression on arriving back in the early hours. Perhaps drivers should be reminded that they are there to provide a service to fee paying members of the public, shouting at and making older passengers lift their cases up onto the higher racks when they clearly were struggling was a poor advert for you long stay car park.

On site fast track parking was very poor. Seems to be getting worse every time we use it, used to be a really good service but not now. Picked car up after it was dark and found damage to the vehicle the next day, too late to complain by then of course.

Was offered upgrade to short stay carpark but when I got there I found it very difficult to find a space. If I had been running late I would have had to use the long stay ! If you are going to offer this upgrade then I suggest there should be a area put aside so that you are guaranteed a space

was asked if I wanted to upgrade to short term parking for an extra fee, I accepted but when I got to the airport \i drove round the carpark entirely and there were no spaces, had to park on the road round the carpark, adds to the anxiety - not happy

As with my last 2 stays at the car park 70% closed with access only available to the new over flow car park as always unable to gain access to the blue badge car park how to you access this if the section in which this is situated is always closed
