“I had bought a pair of shoes and the sole had started to come away. Whilst in the store I just spoke to an assistant who got theManager who asked me what size the shoes were. He went away and came back with a replacement pair! I had not expected this as I was not making a complaint just merely pointing out so they could be aware. I did not have a receipt! I was even wearing the shoes! Customer care brilliant and thats why we always shop at Next.”

“I order my clothes online as I'm a person with a disability, so it's difficult to try clothes on in a cramped shop fitting room. The service, quality of the clothes next delivery are first class. Returns are easy and the staff at the call centre are some of the best that I've experienced. Highly recommended.”
