Ordered some items online and realized that I used a wrong address. Contacted next within 10 minutes asking to cancel the order. Was assured that the order was cancelled. In 3 days they delivered the good to a wrong address and charged me. Has been two weeks, still cannot get the money back from them. Customer services are useless. Chat always disconnects, when customer services promise something to you they do not actually do it.

Ordered a “Radcliffe” classic door mat from Next… It arrived… and it’s broken. The rubber is ripped and generally in very poor condition.

Bought the Hampton bedroom furniture chalk white which is good quaity but not cheap on the pretext of buying the bed to match a was not in stock at the time, it vanished from your web site and newest brouchure ! now after talking to sales staff in the shop who informed me while still selling the furniture stopped selling the bed with no warning! So left with £2000.00 of new (less than a year old) bedroom furniture that will not match anybed properly which was the intention !

Bought several tops online. First package, I did not open. The garment was thrown unfolded in and crumpled and the plastic bag had only one edge sellotaped. It stank of stale perfume...awful! I wondered how it ever got checked and passed for re-sale. All other tops, despite being the same size, were either too tight or too large. Very disappointed in the sizing and quality. Moreover, I was disgusted with the smelly one. They’ve become sloppy and complacent, I feel. I was a regular Next shopper. This order has made me hesitate about ever using them again

I got dress it was too tight so returned they got me next size next day delivery that wasn’t much difference so I returned it with the receipt for the first as they only gave me one receipt the assistant kept ask for receipt for second size which I could not give as they only gave receipt for first she said rudely did I ask for one ?? I replied not up to customer to do your job she really upset me so rude I’d never go back again after the way I was treated at deepdale retail store Preston no customer service and way she said put your card in to get refund was disgusting I’m very annoyed

We have had our next corner sofa and snuggle chair for around 2 years. They look much older. We asked for a technician to come out to have a look which he did. He said the cushions were beyond the point of being able to be re-shaped due to the cheap material used to fill them. This is despite us plumping and turning them daily. The material is also worn and frayed in many places and the frames have creaked from new. Next’s response implied it is our fault and referred us to the care guide! They also offered to sell us replacement cushions! I found this extremely patronising. We had our last sofa (not Next) for over 15 years. I doubt these will make it to 3. I will never buy any Next furniture again, the quality is terrible

Don't believe a word they say about delivery dates!! Today I have a child's birthday and no present to give her. I am devastated. All they will say is it was dispatched Tuesday, and this now Saturday.

Delivery of some sandals were delayed by 5 days by which time I had already attended the event I originally ordered them for. The courier gave 3 different time slots across 2 days and failed to deliver within any of these. The sandals finally arrived more than an hour later than the last 2 hour slot. Sadly the problems did not end there. The shoe box which was damaged contained sandals a size smaller than those ordered although the the label on the box stated the correct size. I’m now have to go to the bother of returning them. All very frustrating and time-consuming.

Terrible customer experience from next. Massive issues from start to finish on purchasing a table, bench and chairs online!! 10 calls later along with explaining to 10 different people the same story along with being told i basically imagined something when it was in black and white.... Manager calling me same day to go over issue and still nothing 5 days later. Disgraceful.

Next used to have good clothes. Just couldnt believe the very poor quality of most tops. Pricey and just rags. Primark tops for €7 better quality. Now stuck with a Next card to the value of €78 as had to bring back 4 out of 5 items. Wouldn't refund back to my One4all card.

Bought jeans and wore them once for work. Jeans was defo not tight and quite stretchy but at around 2pm on first day of wearing, the top bottom snaps. Definitely poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM NEXT!

Ordered a jumper for delivery to store - guarenteed to arrive by 1pm on 6th May. Recieved an email at 7am on 6th May "We're really sorry, but 1 item is going to be delayed, we should get these to you in the next few days". I logged into my Next account to see if there was any more information. The info in my account says "expected delivery by 28th September"! 1st and last time I shop at Next

Terrible customer service. The delivery service is completely inflexible. Horrible delivery workers. They wore NEXT signed jackets and drove a NEXT van but NEXT deny that they work for them. They turned up and refused to put the furniture in the allocated room, which their website clearly states .., the will. They then went and got in their van and went to sleep for 35 minutes in front of our house... also blocking our neighbours drive. Horrible unprofessional, rude people. On top of that.... we opened the first box and the draw was broken🤯. After ringing a load of numbers we were fobbed off with a new delivery date for 2 weeks time. Now we have a load of heavy boxes blocking the hall. Don’t buy NEXT

So last week Next delivered a sofa with two left arms!!! Taken back and today guess what they came with??.....two right arms!!!! Just be mindful when you order from Next for home delivery, they send DHL who won’t assemble anything although Next say assembly included with delivery. On top of this the first delivery drivers were aggressive as I wouldn’t keep the faulty sofa. The second set damaged my paint worker and took a chip of plaster out of the wall!

Really disappointed that Next have discontinued their catalogue, I’m sure I’m not the only one. Now we can only view online and the setting out is not very good at all, at least I won’t have a big bill at the end of the month now

Absolutely awful service. Worst I've ever had. Incorrect delivery address. No refund given when requested and dealt with verbally by customer services 2nd delivery no show. Absolutely ruined a very important occasion. Next and Hermes absolute trash.

Complete failure. I made an order on March 1, which they promised to deliver on March 10. I asked for a tracking number via chat - they wrote to me that does not exist. Of course, there was no order on March 10th. I asked for a tracking number again - and again I was told it did not exist. I have made a request to cancel my order. I received confirmation that the order was canceled and the money will be returned to me soon. Do you think the end of the story? Of course not. After the message that I will be refunded, I receive letters where they promise me the delivery of my order on March 22nd. But this is not certain ... :) The things that I ordered will already be too small for my child until the order arrives. As a result, there are no things and no money. NEXT again? Not.

I purchased a pair of seamfree control shaping leggings for £20. I got 3 uses out of them before they laddered like tights and had to go in the bin.

Recently purchased Puff Sleeve Top (Yellow) for my daughter's birthday. Disappointed !! Quality cheap, no shape and only buy if you iron your clothes whilst damp!!! Not worth £20. Very creased. Picture not accurate.
