Bought jeans and wore them once for work. Jeans was defo not tight and quite stretchy but at around 2pm on first day of wearing, the top bottom snaps. Definitely poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM NEXT!

Ordered a jumper for delivery to store - guarenteed to arrive by 1pm on 6th May. Recieved an email at 7am on 6th May "We're really sorry, but 1 item is going to be delayed, we should get these to you in the next few days". I logged into my Next account to see if there was any more information. The info in my account says "expected delivery by 28th September"! 1st and last time I shop at Next

Terrible customer service. The delivery service is completely inflexible. Horrible delivery workers. They wore NEXT signed jackets and drove a NEXT van but NEXT deny that they work for them. They turned up and refused to put the furniture in the allocated room, which their website clearly states .., the will. They then went and got in their van and went to sleep for 35 minutes in front of our house... also blocking our neighbours drive. Horrible unprofessional, rude people. On top of that.... we opened the first box and the draw was broken🤯. After ringing a load of numbers we were fobbed off with a new delivery date for 2 weeks time. Now we have a load of heavy boxes blocking the hall. Don’t buy NEXT

So last week Next delivered a sofa with two left arms!!! Taken back and today guess what they came with??.....two right arms!!!! Just be mindful when you order from Next for home delivery, they send DHL who won’t assemble anything although Next say assembly included with delivery. On top of this the first delivery drivers were aggressive as I wouldn’t keep the faulty sofa. The second set damaged my paint worker and took a chip of plaster out of the wall!

Really disappointed that Next have discontinued their catalogue, I’m sure I’m not the only one. Now we can only view online and the setting out is not very good at all, at least I won’t have a big bill at the end of the month now

Absolutely awful service. Worst I've ever had. Incorrect delivery address. No refund given when requested and dealt with verbally by customer services 2nd delivery no show. Absolutely ruined a very important occasion. Next and Hermes absolute trash.

Complete failure. I made an order on March 1, which they promised to deliver on March 10. I asked for a tracking number via chat - they wrote to me that does not exist. Of course, there was no order on March 10th. I asked for a tracking number again - and again I was told it did not exist. I have made a request to cancel my order. I received confirmation that the order was canceled and the money will be returned to me soon. Do you think the end of the story? Of course not. After the message that I will be refunded, I receive letters where they promise me the delivery of my order on March 22nd. But this is not certain ... :) The things that I ordered will already be too small for my child until the order arrives. As a result, there are no things and no money. NEXT again? Not.

I purchased a pair of seamfree control shaping leggings for £20. I got 3 uses out of them before they laddered like tights and had to go in the bin.

Recently purchased Puff Sleeve Top (Yellow) for my daughter's birthday. Disappointed !! Quality cheap, no shape and only buy if you iron your clothes whilst damp!!! Not worth £20. Very creased. Picture not accurate.

This is the third time I’ve ordered something online ( clearly states it’s in stock) then after purchasing it goes out of stock im now waiting an unknown amount of time for collection, can’t get in touch with anyone at next either. Poor

Beware! Ordered and received the Brooklyn extending table. It was delivered shortly before Christmas and since then there has developed a significant gap in the centre of the extending leaf. This is not obvious in store as the table is dressed so the gap is not seen. Additionally, some of the wood on the table top is separating. We reported this as a fault, asking for a replacement, but we’ve been informed that there is no manufacturing error so nothing will be done. Photos below illustrate the problems. Very unhappy with the quality of this table as well as Next’s response. It is not acceptable for a £599 table. Frankly, this experience deserves no stars at all!

£3500+ order of lounge furniture made August 2020. Wanted all furniture to be delivered at same time but was a 26 week wait for fabric choice on sofa. When we were told the items were in stock, we booked a delivery. Sofas turned up and weren’t the ones we sat on and tried in the shop. The dining table did not arrive. Called Next and they returned the sofa - which was good. We reordered an alternative and was told it would be 8 weeks. Have now been told by Next it will be now 13 weeks. As for the Dining Table which did it Not arrive from the August 2020 order, we have now been told this will be delivered in July 2021. They have refunded £150 from the order. Do not order as lead times are misleading. Hideous. Avoid. Shocking service.

Comfort boots with ribbed elastic - have bought 2 pairs as initially they seemed great. Within 1 month of wearing, the heels have turned to jelly and they squelch as you walk. It's like walking on a ball of silicon. Awful.

Ordered sofa. They delivered outaide time window and refused to unpack and fit feet despite it being in their terms and conditions to do so. Woman on phone just kept giving same irrelevant robotic answer. Immediately requested return of the item and now been waiting 2 weeks and still not collected it. They have scheduled it 3 different days and each time a new rubbish excuse as to why. First wxcuse they said went to wrong door, second excuse they simply didnt have a reason just didnt do it and 3rd time blamed the weather even though i could see on the app they were in my town. They even claimed it had been collected one time when it had not and was sitting right infront of me. They have stopped returning my calls and no reply to email so now going through trading standards. TOTAL COWBOY COMPANY

bought a item from next ,not the same colour as items we had bought before, had it sent back took them 10 days to collect as the courier who came said he couldnt take it,then it went yesterday ,and was told we would receive a emailto confirm collection ,still not received 24 hrs later ,just rang up ,like talking to a brick wall ,then told this could take up to 10 days before we hear about our confirmation ,so that would be 28 days they have our money before we even get to know ,then when confirmed another probably 7/10 days before we get our monies refunded,dont think we will be buying again ever

I ordered a chair in Octoberand have not received it though I have paid for it . An email was sent to say it had been delayed until 5 th February and today another email today to say delayed until 12 th February this is the first time I have shopped atNext and it will be my last

Bad service, ordered an item which was over 400EUR, they sent an e-mail saying the delivery was going to be 3 weeks after the order date. Two days before the delivery, they asked to schedule it, it was done for another week later and finally, nothing was delivered. Item got lost, I got refunded and I will never again buy anything from this place. Stay away from it.

Do not go to London Colney St Albans store to collect your items Or returns . They leave you outside waiting ages for someone to serve you during the pandemic. They do NOT allow you to go into the store Appaulling customer services Without your customers you would not have a store Loook after your customers during this pandemic and don’t leave them Outside to collect items in the freezing wet windy weather Today very windy wet freezing cold . No shelter and the manager with dark hair is very rude to customers waiting outside . Dated 20 th January 2021 time 6 pm Next store at water fields in Watford they invite you into the store to collect and return obviously one adult one household wearing a mask

Next is by far the worst retail store in the UK, I found shopping with them frustrating, consistently POOR customer service and to get your refund back after returning an order was like pulling teeth! I don’t recommend buying from them, it’s simply not worth it. I’ve also reported Next to the retail Ombudsman as they should not be allowed to repeatedly treat customers poorly.
