“Great customer service didn't have what I was looking for in store and they ordered it in for me excellent service.”

“Ordered goods online, arrived in store for collection the next day. Received email to let me know they were in store. Unfortunately goods did not fit. Took back to store, very easy returns process, staff always polite and helpful. Email received acknowledging return of goods the same day. Next day advised of refund and into the bank the same day of next day. Couldn't ask for a better or more fluid service.”

“Items were ordered and an estimated delivery date received at the time. This was almost spot on and all items delivered within the specified time. On delivery the drivers were extremely polite and delivered the heavy item to my upstairs flat without compmaint.”
