“I've never had any problems, even if I did with a purchase it was dealt properly regardless skin, race, gender, religion. The kids' clothes are amazing and quality too, and as my daughters have sensitive skin so they've never complain so far. So I'm quite happy to purchase there.”

“Love everything in the shop but when I was stood undecided for ages about which clock to choose,one of the staff who was friendly and down to earth said '' come and look at this one on the wall through here''l knew straight away that was the one! It's massive and it looks amazing, I wouldn't have necessarily got it. It shows the staff are paying attention and are interested and bothered to help your choice with a good eye for their stock”

“Bought suit online for my son after trying on various suits in the shop - staff in shop very helpful and online purchase no problem. In fact returned internet ordered item to store and purchased another suit in the shop. Refund to my credit card was very quick. (Did not want to end up with two suits on my card!) Having flexibility of online order and the actual shop where we could try on and return if necessary made this whole process easier with an expensive item that we wanted to be absolutely right.”
