Ordered a lot of furniture from OFL, all seemed OK but I noticed later that the door in my sideboard had two slits, but because 1 year had passed they didn't want to know, even though I couldn't get through to them because shops were closed and couldn't get reply by phone, they have refused to replace the door, disgusting customer care once they've had your money, I'm so angry

Absolutely diabolical after nearly 10 months of waiting I had to cancel my order will not buy again I would advise please go elsewhere where.

Diabolical service over and over again Updated review:: after the absolutely diabolical service I’ve received after all this time, my order arrived today they had sent the completely wrong thing. Embarrassed to say I had a breakdown on the phone to customer services due to the sheer stress this whole process has caused me. I will never, ever order anything from this company again and strongly advise others to not to either. Terrible service over and over again. I placed an order back in November for which I was charged twice (£700+). It took at least 5 lots of 1hr wait times to get through to customer service to be told the refund was never processed. Finally got the refund. My house then burnt down (very stressful) so I phoned OFL to let them know my new temporary address. Unsurprisingly the order turned up at the house that burnt down. Spoke to a very rude woman at customer services who didn’t believe me, told me my order would have to go back to the warehouse and take several weeks to be re-delivered. Spoke to her manager who was much more compassionate and rescheduled it for today. I’ve been waiting all day, waited half an hour at the end of the day to get through to customer services and was told the driver would be here in 20 mins, no phone call, no email and NO delivery. Awful, awful service, some nice customer service reps (some are incredibly rude) but terrible systems and I won’t be ordering from here again, not worth the hassle. I don’t know where my items are or if they will ever get delivered properly. Save yourself the bother and order from a better company.

I ordered dining room furniture (dining table and 6 chairs, 2 x sideboards, 2 x lamp tables and a coffee table) on 5th October 2020 and was given a delivery date of 11th Jan 2021. Shortly before this date we sold our existing furniture to make room for the new furniture. Then nearer the delivery date we were told that most of the order was available but not the dining table and chairs. We asked to have everything else delivered, but were told that we would have to pay for the full order to do this - so we did. We accepted the new delivery date for the dining table and chairs which was 30th March. Then today (26th March) we are told that the delivery date has now been moved back to 23rd April. After the usual "we are experiencing an unusually high demand" on the phone line, It was confirmed that we couldn't have our dining table and chairs until the new date (remember, the order was placed on 5th October 2020!). I suggested that as this was all one order, I should cancel the whole order and ask them to collect the part order which had been delivered. I explained that I had a contract with them to supply a full set of furniture that they hadn't completed in the contracted time, and therefore I had every right to cancel the contract and receive a refund - I was told that I couldn't do that. Wishing to be reasonable, I suggested a suitable compromise would be for them to deliver the 6 dining chairs (which were available and paid for) and temporarily lend me a dining table from my local shop until my table arrived in late April (or who knows when). This compromise was rejected out of hand by Oak Furniture Land. (Don't forget, we haven't had a dining table or chairs for months at this point) What a wonderful experience this has been - be warned! Appalling customer service.

Lied to about delivery to get a sale, and let massively let down by aftercare and delivery team. We bought, a lot of furniture in September 2021. We decided to go go to Oak Furniture Land as the first company we went to could only guarantee delivery end of January 2021. We decided to shop around and we went to Oak Furniture Land. We found a furniture set welcomed and from speaking to the sales assistant she said that delivery date would be just after new-year. We were undecided at this point as we loved the furniture set and it was only a delivery date of a few weeks earlier. The delivery assistant then told us that it would most probably be delivered early anyway saying she was 98% positive we would have all our furniture before Christmas. Based on what she told us, we bought the furniture. We were due to have the furniture delivered Monday 4th January 2021. However this was not the case. 28th December 2020, exactly one week before delivery, we received an email stating that they could not deliver and provided a link with a new delivery date. Angry and frustrated, but as the furniture was already paid for, we begrudgingly proceeded and the earliest available delivery date was 2 April 2021! Another three months down the line. As it happens today Friday 26 March 2021, 6 days before delivery, we have received yet another email saying they are unable to deliver and to select a new delivery date. The earliest date they have is 15 July 2021, another 4 months down the line. Having been lied to at the start and no prospect of receiving the furniture in a timely fashion we called up to cancel the order and get a refund. Firstly, we are upset that we were being made to wait so long for furniture. However, the main issue is being lied to at the beginning. I truly believe that this was a lie to get a sale. And from looking at the website they are advertising the same products with a 12 or 16 week wait. Again I would suggest to anyone buying this is a lie. They have monumental backlog of orders, and any new orders will be added to this. I believe this to be a pathetic display from a company as big as Oak Furniture Land. I will not be back and I will encourage others to stay away.

after waiting 7 months for my tv unit the delivery driver left it in the street and told me I would have to take it upstairs myself due to lockdown restrictions I told him it was supposed to be a door step delivery not a street delivery. Two days later my daughter got a delivery from them and low and behold they delivered to her top floor flat and placed the chair inside her hall. It seem if you are getting easy to handle furniture that is not heavy it can be delivered to the door step and not the street. Will never use this company again.

Terrible service! Wrong sofa delivered after 12 week wait. I ordered a grey corner sofa, One half was grey the other was blue! They took the blue away and said a manager will be in contact. I then started to unpack one half and found it was badly damaged and ripped. I called head office very upset this had happened and was told to wait another month for re delivery or a refund. For me this a is terrible service I will do my best to tell everybody to not shop at oak furniture!

😡 what a joke of a company, ordered 3 items of furniture in may 2020 payed in full and its now March 2021 NO FURNITURE, kept getting pushed back with delivery dates. Please do not order from this company they are despicable.

Faulty furniture, Homeserve came twice to no avail . Asked for replacement which was to be delivered yesterday . I was expected to dismantle the recliner settee and chair and build the replacement! Told them to keep it and have organised collection and refund . Again I can only get the refund if furniture is dismantled and wrapped ! Unbelievable. I checked with Furniture Village in case it was because of COVID . They deliver , put together check and take away all packaging, which again Oak Furnitureland do not .

I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered a dressing table in November and the projected delivery date was for 3 months later. I received emails confirming a delivery time slot, but on the day itself, I did not receive the delivery nor did I receive any communications as to what had happened. Upon calling customer service, I was told that I had been apparently left a voice message on the day of delivery to inform me that the table wasn't in stock and wouldn't be arriving until June. There was no apology for the lack of communication, no explanation as to why they didn't follow up with me via email and their only response was to either wait for June or cancel my order for a refund. I opted for a refund via phone, and it has been several days with no further communication from oak furniture land and no refund as been issued to my account. This company has taken my payment for 3 months although they had no means of delivering the product. Even when contacting them, they have yet to issue me a refund. A shambolic company that I will now be avoiding at all costs.

After waiting 16 weeks for our sofa parts of it was missing on closer inspection of the three packages these where the label on there. Note different order number and different names, which name of them is my name . I phone the store and complained which they reply fill out a fault form with picture ,which i did and sending attach of labels. They was not interested about the labels and said they would order the missing parts. Which i have chased twice . Phoned again today and the chap was willing to help and did agree that they got the attach of labels. I also told them about the delivery drivers that where rude as i paid for the service for them to put the sofa in the house ,as the the driver was having difficultly in getting the sofa though the front door shouted " i haven't got time for this " and dump the sofa outside and walk off he did come back after i said i can take the front door off and again rudely said the his colleague he reckons he can get the front door off. I asked for compensation for missing parts of sofa having other peoples orders and rude drivers. All they come back with £70 voucher to spend in store. I will never use them again. If you don't want the same experience them stay clear

I have ordered a Samson Sofa Cost 2000 and a Dining table with chairs Cost 1039, for sofa i was told it will take 19 weeks ok but table will arrive in 6 weeks, table arrived in time, there were two deliver guys they have no mask on at all and did not bother to take permission to come closer to you, they dragged deliver on my new tiles and new laminating floor, my tiles and laminating scratched and they broke two of door stripes, I called their customer services and they said sorry and that's it. I said do you know who delivered at my address he said no i asked how you will follow up then he started to mumble. I tried to cancelled my Sofa order because i am afraid they might will damage my other tiles, floor and doors.

Have my dining table set delivered damaged. Table top and 3 chairs out of 6 needed changing. The new table top lasts only for 4 months before it started having weird marks across whole table. We have been told it's a water damage which was never a case but they refused to take responsibility anyway! We don't have a kids spiling water on table without us knowing, this has been looked after as per manufacturer instruction or even better! Very poor quality of the product for £1000! Never again!

Wrong items received and customer service the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service do not seem to have the skills to resolve complaints and managers wont speak with you. No effort made by OFL, customer does all the chasing. Only satisfaction I got was by finally getting MY money back and that was made as difficult as possible. Will never shop with this awful company again.

order a sofa and the left side was a different colour from the right side. phone up to get it fixed and they sent out the exact same side that they took away. Have been ignored by there customer service teams via emails and have to wait an hour to get through to the must useless team of advisors. Over a month since this has happened and nobody in the company knows how to fix it.

How can they rate nearly 5 stars!!!!!! some of my bedroom furniture was scratched, but I have never in my life seen such packaging, I filled 24 bags for a bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers I am not a tree hugger, but come company, this is disgusting

Purchased a king bed and mattress. Good quality but what let it down was the delivery. Paid £29.99 for delivery to any room. The delivery men took one look at the stairs and said it would not fit. They did not even try but said it would take an hour and they were too busy. They left abruptly. With the help of my neighbour we got it up to the bedroom in 10 minutes with no damage to walls or furniture. I contacted customer services to get a refund for delivery but have heard nothing back! Will not be using them again.

Bought two two seater Grayson electric recliners. I also bought the additional insurance. After about a year the furniture started sagging. After endless emails asking for the furniture to be repaired and being constantly refused I gave up. A complete waste of money!

Got a bed and 2 side tables delivered on 23rd if this month. Called them to do a price match as the prices fell by £87 , asked their customer service for a price match today. They refused stating that I should have requested for a price match before delivery even though they reduced the prices before delivering the furniture. Extremely unhappy and will never be purchasing from them again. Was on call with their customer service for 50 minutes only to be told they cannot do anything to help! Also waited over 2 months for delivery only to see the price fall on delivery date.

Totally baffled!! Totally baffled!!! Ordered sofa in October with delivery 23/12, recieved text and email stating delivery would be 23/12 12.30- 15.30. At 16.30 no delivery so contacted customer service to see if everything OK, was told it was on route from Manchester and was the only delivery (quite a specific explanation), 17.10 I called back as no delivery- was told that the actual delivery date was 24/12, I explained that I had recieved confirmation that it was 23/12 and that I am working on 24th so could not accept delivery on 24th. Put on hold for a while then told the item wasn't in stock due to import delays with Covid 19 issues. 3 reasons for non delivery now in less than an hour!! I am fully aware of problems that covid has caused (I am a nurse and have worked throughout the pandemic) and would have been disappointed but not angry if someone from Oak furniture Land had just informed me of this. However due to being given 3 reasons am unsure what I actually believe, not particularly a good way for a customer to feel about a company??? Furthermore there now appears to be x2 sofas in my online account, x1 Which I clearly did not order. Am eagerly awaiting an honest and timely update from Oak Furniture land. 24/12 Recieve phone call whilst in work- delivery men are outside my home!! I asked them to read me the invoice and lo and behold its the 'other' sofa that I have never heard of. Told them it was not my order and to take it back. Spoke to customer services who stated they had sent a replacement while the actual sofa not in stock. I asked them if they had ever thought to contact me and tell me about this, no they just thought they would send me a replacement without my knowledge. I would have then unpacked it and only then realised!! In summary- - Diabolical customer service - At no point did anyone inform me about what was happening!! - Tried to delivery a completely different sofa without informing me
