“Your drivers are usually outstanding. When you deliver eggs, at least one is almost always broken, badly packed! Very seldom any substitutes, overall very happy with your service!”

“Really happy to have signed up as I've found the app really easy to us and am managing my shopping very easily. It's great that I can change my orders up to the night before, which only needs a password I set up instead of having to input my card number each time.”

“Ocado is by far the best online supermarket. The service is excellent as is the App and the website. I have tried to "give it up" to switch to cheaper alternatives but just keep coming back. Its worth paying a bit more to make my life easier and receive a fantastic service (so rare these days)”

“I've used Ocado for years. I've also tried deliveries from the other main supermarkets. While the others have consistently disappointed, Ocado has consistently delivered. A few of my favourite points: 1 hour delivery slots Change your order up to the night before + a text to remind you Delivery on time every time - sometimes early, but drivers call to check it's convenient Friendly drivers Easy to shop using favourite items, special offers You can't accidentally order out of stock items Items RARELY missing or substituted in order + text to let you know No random/weird substitutions Drivers collect used carrier bags Bags colour coded for fridge, freezer, cupboard, substitutions Delivery note listed in order of "use by date" Returns, refunds and errors simple to process online or by phone”

“i love Ocado , it is very convenient , so much choice , i even get my Hallal meat right at my door when i used to drive 45 mns (and finding parking was a nightmare too ) for it . I love the french products too i used to get in the summer if someone was going to france . i love the beautiful waitrose fruits (best quality ) i like the fresh lamb and the lean mince beef . what i like the most about Ocado is the excellent customer service , they are just superb . i have had problems with certain deliveries and ocado sent me generous vouchers for that . i must say iam so glad i found Ocado . i will never bother with my local supermarket again .”

“I cannot praise you enough - I have been using Ocado now for about 5 years and the quality of your service is fantastic. The drivers are always helpful and polite and you always keep me informed of the progress of my orders. The only suggestion I have is why not go paperless on orders - I do no need a paper copy and it may save some money. Many thanks and well done for such a great service.”

“I am always exceedingly pleased with the service I receive from Ocado. Not only does their website offer the largest variety of foods I am likely to buy, i.e vegan speciality products, organic etc, but they are very reasonably priced. Their delivery service is always spot on, friendly drivers, vary rarely substitutions and if so they are like for like which is rare with a supermarket delivery service. I can't fault them. Will continue to use Ocados services and to recommend to others. 5 stars.”

“It was such a great decision to start shopping with Ocado, I have enjoyed their service now for a few years and wouldn't shop anywhere else. I have a smart pass so enjoy further discounts and free deliveries midweek. The goods are of the best quality even own brands, when an item has not been stocked I have let them know and then it has been added. The drivers are very polite and helpful. The offers are available as with other supermarkets which i do take advantage of. All in all a great service, and recommend to everyone.”
