“This company is absolutely diabolical,no customer care at all,ive never known anything like it,need my tablets before I run out the whole point of a subscription and I'm having to chase them every time and still late,hence my anxiety through the roof,safe to say I will be cancelling and never ordering from them again.Save your time and money its really not worth the stress.”

“You guys sent a completely different product. I ordered Collagen liquid and you sent Sleep Better gummies. I have sent 2 different emails with no answers. Got response and was sent a replacement bit I ordered 2 bundles and only recieved 1 😔”

“It is very difficult to cancel your subscription. They ask you to email them to cancel it but you have to search for email, it it not readily available.”

“You are selling short dated items. I bought 3 x bottles of 90 of a Dr Mercola product and there was no indication that it would be impossible to use these before the expiry date. I think that is appalling.”

“I am not satisfied with my recent order from Oceans Alive. The confirmation I received for my order stated that the product was being shipped from France, but it actually came from England. This resulted in additional time and import processing fees and extra taxes since it was being shipped from outside the EU. Initially, I had good communication with their customer service. However, when I pointed out the extra costs I had to bear, the communication went silent. I won't be ordering from this store again.”

“Very disappointing customer service. Placed the order, it gets lost, no update from Oceansalive team. After contacting they confirmed it being lost, offers a refund or replacement order. So I requested replacement order to be sent ASAP as it’s been long. No updates again, I keep asking for tracking number or any information but get told will get an email when order gets dispatched which again takes so much time that I ask for update and eventually ask if nothing can be done please refund. Funnily I always end up chasing and contacting and then get sone reply. Really awful experience!!!”
