“Sent completely the wrong dress in the wrong colour just before my birthday! Luckily Leigh acted fast and has sent me out my replacement dress (hopefully it’s the right one) and I get to keep the wrong as a nice gesture - good customer service but a mistake that shouldn’t have been made in the first place”

“Moya and mark were really quick to resolve the issue with my order. They were really polite and apologetic about the mistake made and got the correct item sent out to me the same day I raised the issue with them. Really friendly and quality customer service in my opinion”

“Their customer service was brilliant, moya and mark who I spoke with were both really helpful and quickly resolved my problem and were really apologetic for the mistake made with me order. My issue was literally resolved within a day and the current item has now been sent to me. Thank you both for your polite and quick responses to my issue :)”

“Annie was very helpful with my query today. I was asking about the recommended wash temperature for the bo and tee collection and when I mentioned the name sticker had come off on a pair of shorts I bought after washing at the recommended temp, she kindly gave me a 25% refund for the inconvenience. Lovely service! X”
