“Abysmal service. I ordered something from a seller and still haven't received it after over a week. According to their own estimates, it should have reached me by now. I have tried to cancel the order but, despite submitting a cancellation request and sending several messages, the seller won't respond, even after 48 hours. I am seriously concerned I will not get my money back.
And as for OnBuy themselves, they are next to useless. Firstly, they take ages to reply back to you. I contacted them about this issue and had to wait practically a whole day before they responded. It's ridiculous to keep a customer waiting like this. And, when they did respond, they didn't do anything useful. Just contacted the seller like I had done and the seller still didn't respond. When I complained using their chat service, they didn't seem interested and just tried to pass the buck on to Paypal to try and get my money back. So, secondly, despite the fact that the seller has used their site to conduct their transaction, OnBuy take no responsibility at all and even refuse to help you get your money back. At least, eBay has buyer protection and they will step in when something like this happens. There is no buyer protection at all on OnBuy it seems.
And, furthermore, when you follow their instructions on their website to raise a dispute with Paypal, you've got to have a Paypal account to be able to do it. So, without that, you've got no way of being able to get your money back. This is despite what OnBuy "reassures" you about on their website. OnBuy should be telling potential customers that it's best to have a Paypal account if you want to make a purchase. And when you complain to OnBuy about this, they don't want to know and just wash their hands of it all. They're absolute charlatans.
So, avoid like the plague. I strongly advise using a more reputable and helpful business instead.”

“Worst company ever. They literally won’t refund me. Supposed to be delivered 5 weeks ago and I keep asking them for a refund but the customer service just keeps saying he has to check logistics. “Purchased a switch lite for our son for Christmas and an accessory.
Shipping was quick but that’s where the positives end.
To start with they sent the wrong accessory, offered to swap but replacement wouldn’t arrive in time so we purchased another so he had it to open for Christmas. We come round to March and the light on the screen has stopped working, no problem right? Technology breaks sometimes but it’s covered so it’s fine.
How wrong was I. 3 weeks, multiple emails to them to which we never got a response. No customer service number to call either, even tried tweeting them. So now we’re left with a broken switch, out of pocket and a very unhappy son.

The picture advertised is probably taken from another site that are legit and more pricey ! This was purchased to go on my mums grave , I'd be too embarrassed to place it on there ! Poor workmanship , made of poor materials & should have never been advertised as a completely different sculpture made of steel , this one is black and looks like I purchased it from poundland , bloody awful & to have waited 3 weeks for tat that's only fit for the bin ! !!!!!! Absoubtely disgraceful”
