“AVOID THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars so 1 is generous considering what they've put me through! Item was scheduled to be delivered in August, date came and went then the excuses began. They said courier lost 1 box, I rang courier, they didn't receive the item, so seller said 1 to 2 days I'd have another using the same courier.. Never arrived and courier never received the replacement... Seller then said another one is being sent out, I'll have it in 48hrs, suprise suprise, no item, I called the new courier, they never received the item, seller tried to say the couriers messed up... So by now the seller must be 3 units down and both couriers are liars. I opened a PayPal dispute, during this time a relative because very very poorly and passed away. PayPal found in my favour. Roll on this morning, the seller is messaging me on WhatsApp threatening me with bailiffs unless I pay him back in 2 days, I explained about the relative passing away and I'll happily deal with this after the funeral but no he kept threatening me. So unless you like hearing the words "1 to 2 days or 48hrs and threats of bailiffs I'd avoid this seller like the plague. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have spoken with PayPal and they have advised me now. So Mr I've got no empathy, please do send me your bailiffs!!! I'm starting to think that this is in fact a scam company”

had a account manager from onbuy from last 3 years and was a verified seller for 3 years without any issues, one of my family member opened a account which they linked and onbuy stated its against there policy to have 2 accounts from a same person
i had sent them many emails requesting them to investage the issue as its 2 different seperate companies and both of them are uk companies under different names each time they kept refusing in anger i had then ended up swearing on messages and apoloised straight away in the next email for losing my patient as i had been emailing for nearly 3 weeks to fix the issue
they had suspended the accounts for swearing and using 2 different accounts
i had then been chasing them and emailed them over and over again to resolve the issue but they are not interested. i had senior members telling me to rejoin onbuy but they do not wish to reply when discussed about the issue.
completely scam and fraud company as amazon and ebay would aleast listen to you and try to resolve the issues.”

“Ordered a parcel in February. Nothing came so I contacted the seller, seller said it had been delivered but we have cctv and shows no one delivered anything. Contacted OnBuy and at first hand seem to be helpful. Messages have been going back and forth up until 5th august, now OnBuy said I must go to PayPal to resolve this issue but I didn’t pay by PayPal. Honestly I won’t be using this company ever again. Have a look at other reviews and it seems a lot of people have had the same experience as me. BE AWARE.”

“I bought two king-size duvet covers on the Onbuy website. When the duvet covers arrived, they were way too big to fit my duvet – not a UK king-size!
I contacted the seller, but received no reply, so contacted Onbuy. They said that the seller does not sell on their site anymore, despite only buying the items a few weeks earlier? They said that I have to contact PayPal to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, PayPal have been unable to help, Onbuy will NOT help and I cannot contact the seller, so I have lost £80!
I thought that eBay were bad, but Onbuy are even worse. I will not buy from either of them again!”
“Would give ZERO STARS. Have purchased 2 items of furniture through this company. Both were disgraceful quality. I'm a month on and still NO nearer to getting a REFUND. The companies are discriminatory to the disabled in particular. Onbuy customer service are not helping or supporting my stressful empasse. “Have placed two orders with different sellers. The first one goods damaged and communication and refund has been difficult. Second order cancelled after payment as item out of stock and no response to communication and no refund. This is not good and there seems to be nothing for onbuy to intervene and help resolve. Once these issues are sorted I will not be using onbuy again.”
