“Opendoor provided a quick and easy process to get a cash offer for my home. The offer was at the high end of market values. There were no showings, borrower financing concerns, or inspection repair requirements. I've bought and sold a few homes over the years and this was the easiest process I've experienced to date. They were even able to accommodate my request to push back the closing date with zero issues. I would use Opendoor again.”

“At first we were very skeptical and thought this would be painful. We had read a lot of reviews on various iBuyers and worried that we would get a "low ball" offer or there would be hidden charges. We did a great deal of research online and talked to several friends in various roles in the real-estate industry. Of all the iBuyers out there we felt like Opendoor was the right choice. We started the process in early June. I was truly surprised at how easy it was. We completed the video walk-thru then Opendoor completed the outside inspection and within a week we had an offer that was competitive. We decided to accept the offer because of how simple and fast everything was handled. We are very happy with how things turned out and have recommended Opendoor to several friends that are looking to sell their homes.”

“The experience was pretty seamless. The estimate given me was fair, and it was the actual selling price. I needed to give a video tour via zoom, answer disclosure questions about insurance claims and appliance status, take pictures of all the rooms after I moved out, and meet with closing company to sign closing papers the day before the close. Property closed on date I requested without my presence being necessary. Telephone and text support was readily available. Money was wired to my account by the day after close.”

“I rarely give 5 stars to anyone/any company, but Opendoor is an exception. At first, I was skeptical about going with Opendoor because I have never heard about them. After going through Opendoor to sell and purchase our next home, I was very impressed and extremely happy with them. Dillon Sinclair is by far, the BEST, that I have had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely patient with my questions and explained it in a way that I fully understand the whole process. “I’m speechless … they helped make my dream a reality! Our family wanted to move out of state for so long … we took a chance and called Opendoor- Lisa Evens was our first point of contact. She was kind, patient, and when I had concerns she was quick to find answers. The process was so streamlined that it seemed unreal! A couple of months start to finish … we received a great offer without the hassle of people coming into our home which was nice … and when we took the last pictures and closed the house up - we had our $ in the bank right away. Truly amazing - !!! They’re a company that I would recommend if you want a hassle free sale … seriously…! Even though the market is crazy, and I can’t find a house yet- at least I’m ready … pre-approval in hand! Thank you so much OpenDoor & Lisa😉👍! Missy”

“Received a current fair market value cash offer and for me it outweighed the traditional realtor routine, sign, showings, repairs, financing stipulations etc. , and I was able to choose a closing date that worked for me. Lets be clear, I did have to do some follow up with Opendoor and the closing agent, but in the end it all worked out as promised. There is no magic wand, I still had to provide some information and get the place empty, meet with a Notary and provide digital checkout pics, but business is business and most importantly, the funds were wired in a timely manner.”

“I wasn't really sure at first but I decided to give it a try and when I received my offer I couldn't believe it was much more than what different realtors told me I could ask for if I invested like 20 grand in upgrades. With open doors I did not have to invest a dollar, we closed on the day I chose, I received my money in 24 hours later and they even let me stay a week for free at my house. I recommend open-door to anyone who wants to sell quickly and without having to go through all the stress of showing the property.”
