“It all went very smoothly. Their offer was quite good, and closing happened within 30 days of when we started the engagement with Opendoor. Given that the house was empty and we accepted their offer instantly, they could have closed even sooner. But from our perspective, the process was smooth. If we again sell a home, we will definitely check with Opendoor first.”

“Outstanding customer service experience. The process couldn't of been any smoother. Very simplified & streamline. I an relocating due to my job and this reduced any foreseeable stress and anxiety. Closed and received my funding in the same day. Granted I could of used a realtor and made more, but I am EXTREMELY happy with what I received. The ability to close without all the extras such as an inspection, repairs, etc made a BIG difference.”

“This was a very easy way of selling my home. It was very little stress involved and it as an exceptional offer that was made on my condo. The closing process was very easy and Charlene and Justin was great to work with.”

“Fast, easy, efficient, and most importantly, their offer was extremely competitive. Closed on time, funds received within hours. I highly recommend OpenDoor .. I can't imagine selling a house again without using their services.”

“I would 100% recommend Opendoor for all of your real estate needs. I sold my home with Opendoor and it was the easiest, stress free process I have ever been through! My agent took care of everything and keep me updated during the process. They even offer a late checkout if you need a few days after closing to finish any last minute things. They also gave me top dollar for my home and within 48 hours after closing I had the funds in my account. If you want a hassle free sell or buying of your home with a quick return then don’t hesitate to call Opendoor because you won’t regret it!”

“The Opendoor approach to buying a home so far for us has been great. There are 2 opportunities that we have learned thru sweat and tears that could have been better. First, be sure that the agent that you use is strictly an Opendoor agent. Many of the policies are not so well explained even to most agents. We lost many opportunites because of this. Second, the original policy that Opendoor purchase the home with a cash offer should have been extended, and explained better to buyers and agents. By the time we found an agent that really knew this program and put it into action for us, we had only about 5 days before the program ended. We are moving forward with our current offer on a house and hope to close soon. Good luck to all, and hopefully us too.”

“When I first looked into Opendoor, I will admit I was a bit skeptical, but being on the other side of the whole process I can honestly say that it was a fantastic experience end to end and the added convenience we enjoyed over the standard way of selling a home is incalculable. “I could not be happier with Opendoor. We’ve bought/sold six homes over our lifetime and this was by far the easiest and fastest transaction. The bid was extremely competitive and the flexibility was exactly what we needed. They allowed for a late checkout and the process was very simple. I’ve already told friends and family. If we sell again, we will use Opendoor.”

“Working with OpenDoor was ALMOST too good to be true. They were super communicative whenever I had questions, and they were not "pushy" at all. The transaction was smooth as butter, and it left my friends and neighbors dumbfounded as to the ease of the transaction. If you want a hassle-free home sale, go with OpenDoor!”

“I sold my home with open door. Symone Stewart was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Not once did I call or send an email and she ignored me or delayed her response. The offer I received allowed me to save money and not worry about fixing up to sale. It was done so quickly and efficiently I recommend it for everyone. My neighbor sold his house to Opendoor as well! Amazing!!!!!!”
