“I had a wonderful experience selling my home to Opendoor. They offered me a competitive price with a flexible close date without having to deal with the hassle of getting my home dressed for showings. It was a seamless transaction making a typically stressful process absolutely stress-free!!”

“I sold my home to Opendoor. Dealing with Opendoor was, by far, the best part of the entire sales experience; my Opendoor contact was always helpful, always patient. I initially reached out to three iBuyers: Offerpad, Opendoor, and Zillow. I expected all of them to come in high on their initial offers and then kick those high offers down through major post-inspection repair adjustments. That isn't what happened with Opendoor; they were fair from start to finish. With respect to Opendoor, at least, there was no part of the sales process that could have gone any better than it did. Very happy. I highly recommend them.”

“I couldn’t believe how easily this process was. Not to mention we got over $80k more than the realtors and others we went to check on selling it to! My parents being 80 needed the most I could get to pay for their nursing home and you all delivered with flying colors! Thank you so much Opendoor for everything !”

“Opendoor took the stress out of selling. The only suggestion I have would be to have a better way to update the lockbox code should the seller lose the paper where the code is written. It was a little frustrating having to wait hours to figure out what to do. There should be a way to reset the code or quickly provide alternative instructions. They still get 5 stars though, because the process was exactly as they said it would be, no surprises. If you don't mind sacrificing money (because you could likely sell your home yourself for 10k+ more than Opendoor offers which means you'd save on their fee as well) but saving time and energy, while still receiving a fair price, go with Opendoor. Great experience!”

“I had a stellar experience with Opendoor. We established a timeline for a closing date and a step-by-step list of tasks were provided to ensure that the closing date could be obtained with no stressful showings or the like. I didn't have any problems connecting with the Opendoor experience partner during the entire process. All my correspondence was answered timely with no problems all the way to the agreed upon closing date, which was perfect. Thank you Opendoor Team for a very stress free closing.”

“We were building a new home during Covid times when there was no way to know when it would be finished. Opendoor worked with us giving us time to complete the new home without the stress of selling our home traditionally. The Opendoor offer was fair and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. We would use them again.”
