“After another company failed to honor their commitment, Open door stepped in this was by far the easiest way to sell our house, from the moment we talked to Richard to the title company (Stephanie) this was awesome, they talked us through everything and when we had questions the response time was amazing, I will say this if I ever sell another property we will absolutely be using Open door, and yes we tell everyone about our awesome experience, thank you for making this stress free”

“I can’t begin to say what a great experience we have had with Opendoor. Our agent, Dillon, has been so helpful. He has been available to us, answered all of our, listened to all our concerns and was basically our advocate. We felt very secure that he was looking out for our interests in this process. Our Title person, Susan, was also super helpful and available, helping us sort out the financial details. She really went the extra mile to make the sale seamless. We definitely recommend Opendoor and would turn to them again. They we awesome from start to finish.”

“Great selling experience! The only advice I would give anyone else is to schedule your closing day with OD several days before closing on a new home. They came through for me 30 minutes before I closed on my new home but it was a few nail biting stressful days!”

“I was planning to purchase a beach house and sell two rental houses. The ability to quickly have signed contracts was extremely useful so I could start my beach house shopping. The offer prices were competitive and I didn't need to worry about making repairs after the tenants left. The ability to adjust the closing date was also a big selling point.”

“I wanted to sell my home without going through the hassle of making repairs and having showings. I had been getting phone calls and things in the mail from private investors wanting to buy my house but I was very skeptical. I did not want to be taken advantage of and I wanted to get the most money that I could get from the sale. I did some research and found out that going with an Ibuyer is the best way to go. I further researched and found that Opendoor was the best of its kind. The process was so easy that I almost did not believe it. I completed the information online and within minutes I was speaking to an agent. My agent was great and walked me through the whole process until the end. We set up a virtual walk through my home the same day. Within 24 hours I had an offer on my home which was above fair market value. The offer included the cost of repairs and Opendoor's percentage. There were no hidden fees at all. What they offer is what they pay. I was able to close on the sale of my home in 30 days and no one ever came into the home. After I moved everything out I was able to take pictures and upload them to show them that the house had been cleared. No repairs, no showings!!!! Selling your house can be a grueling process but Opendoor made the process painless. I am so impressed with the service and would recommend it to anyone who wants to sell their home hassle-free. “Opendoor was the perfect solution to our daunting task of selling a vacation home from across the country. The process was simple, seamless and efficient. Everything went according to schedule and we closed and funds were wired right on time. There is no haggling with buyers over price, home inspection nor fears of the house not appraising . I didn’t have the worry of people and realtors in my home without us being in the area nor the liability that sometimes accompanies the showings. Everyone at Opendoor was very pleasant to deal with and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. I would certainly recommend Opendoor and would definitely consider using their services again if the need to sell arises.”
