“A few years ago, one of my friends and his wife sold their home to Opendoor. They used their proceeds to purchase a new home. He shared that they were very pleased with the process. Years later, I began working on my house in preparation to sell. I was eager to sell my property as I wanted to downsize. However, I was not looking forward to having people in and out of my house for showings. After receiving notifications in the mail from Opendoor, I thought about my friend’s experience and decided to give them a try. The offer for my house was very reasonable. That along with the fact that I no longer needed to worry about painting, repairs and showings was a “win-win” for me. The process went smoothly. The Opendoor team was very responsive and helpful. In the end, I, like my friend was very pleased!”

“Opendoor is the new way to sell your home! I was skeptical from the very beginning about the process. Jennifer was my customer experience representative and she made process so easy. I also had an amazing closing agent Angela who made sure I was in the loop at every step. I believe the price I got for my home was fair. I have had realtors look at my Opendoor offer and they can’t beat it. I would have spent much more time and money listening my home. Thank Opendoor!”

“Opendoor was the answer to our prayers. Using Opendoor was what we needed. We were hesitant to go through a standard real estate process because of covid. Not having to have showings, getting the house ready for showing, getting it inspected, appraised and doing repairs saved us money, time and stress. Our experience partner, Katrina Zappia, was excellent and so helpful. Opendoor was a perfect fit for us. We have recommended Opendoor to all of our friends and neighbors. Opendoor is wonderful!”

“We are trying to close on a home that is owned by open door a complete nightmare. They do not respond to the agent in our area and when they do, they seem to have no knowledge of what they’re doing. Sad. I wouldn’t sell my dog house with them”

“This was the easiest home sale we had. I love that we did not have to stage the house for showings and deal with buyers who have a contingency out outrageous demands. We did the virtual walkthrough in 20 minutes with our advisor and the next day we got our official offer that was more than the initial quote! Once we packed up everything it only took a few minutes to take pictures of the empty house and place our keys in the provided lockbox. I would highly recommend Opendoor for anyone who looks to sell their house with no hassles or worries.”

“When the thought of selling our house became a conversation between my wife and I, two main things we worried about was how long would it take? Also we really wanted to work around people walking through our house to see if they wanted to buy it or not? My wife heard a commercial for open door on the radio and sent me a text that morning to check it out. I did just to see what our preliminary offer would be and after it was very competitive we went ahead and moved forward with the process. Less than a month and a half after that conversation between my wife and I are completely moved out of our house, we have sold our house, and we could not be happier with the process. We didn’t have to deal with a single walk-through and were able to work on our own timeline and move quickly which was a concern of ours if we did it the traditional way. We were very pleased with the process start to finish and everything almost seemed to be too simple where it seemed like there should be more to this process based on everything we had heard. Thank you to open-door for helping us complete the sale of our home.”

“Opendoor was a lifesaver of an experience. I didn’t know what I was going to do as far as selling my house but I knew I needed to do something. I’m January 2021 I was admitted into the hospital and it turned out I had COVID. I was in the hospital from Ianuary 31st until June 3rd and at one point the doctors had given up on my recovery but with prayers and God’s healing I survived but I lost the ability to walk and living in a 2 story house became a daily chore. Anyway, I was told about Opendoor and I did an inquiry and the process went so smoothly. I am very satisfied.”

“The entire process, from the very beginning to the very end, was so incredibly professional and so incredibly organized. We cannot express enough how happy and impressed we were with our experience. We worked with Anthony King, and he was SO very helpful!! ANY/ALL questions we had along the way, Mr King would get back to us within minutes. The OpenDoor Dashboard, where we were able to identify and keep track of what documents were due and when, was a true blessing! From the Purchase Agreement to the Disclosures to the Digital Checkout Photos, everything was so clearly outlined for us to complete and submit in timely fashion. The delivery of the lockbox was another pleasant surprise. The lockbox (with instructions and code) was delivered via UPS, and shipping/delivery updates were provided via email. Lastly, we were beyond pleased with the title company (OS National) assigned to our transaction. They were proactive and thorough each step of the way. We really can’t express enough how pleasant and organized everything AND everyone was.”
