“While my representative was a very kind woman, that was about the only thing I can say that was positive about working with Opendoor. The company is shady with their evaluation tactics. They made me an initial offer that was very fair, but after the walkthrough and the evaluator visit, my offer dropped 15%. The reason was based on the fact my home was near a commercial road and didn't have central A/C or heat. Even after I provided photo and video proof that Opendoor had an incorrect assessment, they waited TEN DAYS to contact me again to tell me their offer stood and they made their decision NINE days prior t reaching out to me. Do not use this company, they will try to bait and switch you and pressure you into a low-ball offer. I was fortunate to not be in a position to where I had to sell my home, so I am using other avenues to get my proper worth.”

“Opendoor’s offer was on par with what we would have received in working with a conventional Realtor. And it was far simpler to work with Opendoor without the hassle of staging and open-houses and contingent offers. After we conducted a video walkthrough via Zoom, an “exterior assessment” was performed and our final offer arrived online. We accepted and choose a closing date that worked well for us. Every Opendoor’s Experience Partner was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. And Opendoor’s partner title company, OSNational, was equally easy to work with. The entire process was easy and stress free. I’m grateful to Opendoor and could not recommend them more highly for selling your home.”

“I found the process to be relatively painless. There were a couple of hiccups, but almost every real estate deal has hiccups lol. The staff was very pleasant and professional to deal with, and I loved having the ability to have flexibility on a move out/close date.”

“From start to finish the process was stress-free. They offered me a fair price and stayed in touch every step of the way and closing was a breeze. If you do not want to deal with the stress of having showings etc. when selling then I highly recommend using Open Door.”

“The process with the Opendoor web site and personal rep, Rianna, was very easy and impressive. Providing the video walkthrough of my house was quick and painless, not even having to be at home for their outside review was great, and their process for taking and uploading pictures of the empty house just prior to closing was easy to follow. The final offer from Opendoor was only slightly below what I had estimated, and due to the ease of the process, the lower fees (compared to a realtor sale), it was very fair. Other than a few glitches at the end with the title company that was used, which may not have been Opendoor's fault, I was very please with the process and the sale.”

“Don't waste your time. Two offers. No sale. Fortunately one sold before I scheduled a walkthrough. The other I went out of my way to have my property manager meet their assessment team member only to find out per their conclusion "there weren't enough comps to make us a final offer". There were plenty. Selling the condo myself.”

“The experience was painless. Brady was professional, responsive and caring. You never know when you go through a new experience how it might turn out. It exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Closing was a breeze. The closing company was professional, Natalie from O.S. National (the closing company) was quick to respond to any questions I had and worked hard to get the notary to us for the closing which took less than a half hour. Couldn't be more pleased.”

“Initially, I was skeptical about the Opendoor experience. It just seemed too good to be true. I'm happy to admit that I was 100% wrong! Every step of the process, from receiving my initial and final offers through closing, was executed flawlessly. “After another company failed to honor their commitment, Open door stepped in this was by far the easiest way to sell our house, from the moment we talked to Richard to the title company (Stephanie) this was awesome, they talked us through everything and when we had questions the response time was amazing, I will say this if I ever sell another property we will absolutely be using Open door, and yes we tell everyone about our awesome experience, thank you for making this stress free”

“I can’t begin to say what a great experience we have had with Opendoor. Our agent, Dillon, has been so helpful. He has been available to us, answered all of our, listened to all our concerns and was basically our advocate. We felt very secure that he was looking out for our interests in this process. Our Title person, Susan, was also super helpful and available, helping us sort out the financial details. She really went the extra mile to make the sale seamless. We definitely recommend Opendoor and would turn to them again. They we awesome from start to finish.”

“Great selling experience! The only advice I would give anyone else is to schedule your closing day with OD several days before closing on a new home. They came through for me 30 minutes before I closed on my new home but it was a few nail biting stressful days!”
