“Almost unbelievably easy. It was four weeks and a couple of days from my initial contact until my closing and money was wired into my account. The walk-through appraisal process could not have been easier and the offer was very fair. If you’re trying to avoid showings, staging, and simple repairs this is an outstanding way to go. I highly recommend this company and the personnel I dealt with to anyone Thinking about this service.”

“Opendoor was wonderful for us! Kaylee and team made it easy from beginning to end. We started online with a quote, sent photos and filled out paperwork. Before we knew Pam was helping us with the closing and we were done. We would use OpenDoor again if we ever needed to sell. Not having the showings was the best part!”

“I didn't know what to expect when I began my odyssey of an electronic home sale. I'm happy to say it was an amazingingly simple, straightforward and rewarding experience. My team contac was always there to hold my hand throughout the process, and within a short period of time, I was closing, without ever having people coming and going for weeks or months on.end to view the house. I also avoided going through the offer/counter offer routine, since I knew up front what the buyer was offering. All in all, a great experience!”

“Hands down the easiest selling process I’ve ever had. The communication was above approach, and the flexibility with close date due to new build push outs was a life savor with kids and pets. I’ll definitely use again.”

“My wife and I had a great experience working with OpenDoor. The sale was smooth. There was no leaving your home for potential buyers to traffic through our home. The flexibility of of OpenDoor, in my opinion, was the best feature. I would highly recommend the use of OpenDoor.”

“How can you walk around your house face-timing the rooms, and get an offer the next day that is the record so far in the neighborhood? OPEN DOOR! 5% commission (save 1%) I also had a 10K repair fee that was 100% FAIR. No showings, no calls, set your closing date, and your move-out date especially if you are closing on another property. Tara Cordova and Chelsea Houle answered all my questions and handled any situations that came up (mostly technological) I thought selling my house was going to be the most difficult, it was the EASIEST part of the whole process. Five Stars.”

“A few years ago, one of my friends and his wife sold their home to Opendoor. They used their proceeds to purchase a new home. He shared that they were very pleased with the process. Years later, I began working on my house in preparation to sell. I was eager to sell my property as I wanted to downsize. However, I was not looking forward to having people in and out of my house for showings. After receiving notifications in the mail from Opendoor, I thought about my friend’s experience and decided to give them a try. The offer for my house was very reasonable. That along with the fact that I no longer needed to worry about painting, repairs and showings was a “win-win” for me. The process went smoothly. The Opendoor team was very responsive and helpful. In the end, I, like my friend was very pleased!”

“Opendoor is the new way to sell your home! I was skeptical from the very beginning about the process. Jennifer was my customer experience representative and she made process so easy. I also had an amazing closing agent Angela who made sure I was in the loop at every step. I believe the price I got for my home was fair. I have had realtors look at my Opendoor offer and they can’t beat it. I would have spent much more time and money listening my home. Thank Opendoor!”

“Opendoor was the answer to our prayers. Using Opendoor was what we needed. We were hesitant to go through a standard real estate process because of covid. Not having to have showings, getting the house ready for showing, getting it inspected, appraised and doing repairs saved us money, time and stress. Our experience partner, Katrina Zappia, was excellent and so helpful. Opendoor was a perfect fit for us. We have recommended Opendoor to all of our friends and neighbors. Opendoor is wonderful!”
