“We were In the process of building a house and moving out of state. Juggling build delays and selling our current home ….well the thought of that was overwhelming. Open door eliminated the stress of selling a home! A quick video walkthrough followed by a fair offer and we picked our close date! Super easy. We could not be happier. Thank you Opendoor!”

“Everyone was helpful and great from beginning to end and that was a long time in my case; eight months! They walked us through step-by-step; explained everything; the process was very simple, smooth, and fair! I would definitely do it again! No open houses or walk-throughs (especially during COVID), a great offer, and a long escrow! PERFECT!”

“Easy, on the schedule you choose, and excellent support. Every call was returned quickly and all questions answered. The process was simple and easily followed and the price offered for my home was extremely competitive. I needed to change my close date and stay beyond the close of my escrow and it was handled quickly and simply. My house closed right on time. Thank you Aeriel for all your support.”

“We were interested in selling our home without putting a lot of work into it. The work it needed was not major but we had some extenuating circumstances that made doing cosmetic interior work difficult. We chose Opendoor so that we could focus on the home we were buying and would not have to worry about the home we were selling. Opendoor offered us a fair price for the point at which we sold our home and we could walk away without putting a lot of time and money into the process.”

“From the very first time I contacted Opendoor, the process seemed too easy and too good to be true. They quickly got us a very competitive offer with just answering a few questions and a video call. We got to set our closing date to exactly when we wanted it. We cleaned out the house, signed the papers, and had the money in our account a few days later. This made moving across the country with an infant as easy as it could be. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone thinking about selling their home.”

“Entire team of Opendoor is great and worked as team from beginning to end. It worked out well despite I had tenant since it was seamless transition without disturbing tenants. I was able to close in 70 days since needed to give 60 day notice to tenant.”

“All process was easy from the beginning to the end. No need to leave the property during the process for potential buyers. Opendoor even offered us 7 days with no charge after the closing date. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone who wants to sell properties as quickly as possible.”

“We were skeptical at first, but after doing the preliminary offer and then getting the offer, we were pleased with the whole process. They were easy to talk to and didn't make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. We were able to pick our own closing date to accommodate for school being out. Would definitely recommend and would sell with them again.”
