“We are a military family. Moved many many times. This was our first experience with any online selling company. Choosing Opendoor was based on the good reviews we had read. It was the perfect way to sell for us at this point in time. This was a home we bought for my parents in 2006. It is located just around the corner from our family home, in a gated, active 55+ community. My dad sadly passed away recently and my mom continued living in the home for awhile, but was lonely. The entire process with Opendoor was easy breezy! We had no idea what we might encounter, not using a traditional real estate company to sell our home. The pitch was "Zero Fees And No Repairs Needed To Sell Your Home. Guaranteed Sale With A Full Cash Offer.. No Showings Or Inspections And 0 Days On The Market". All that seemed like a dream, but we were skeptical. I can tell you, from the first inquiry to closing, it was a simple process every step of the way. Opendoor did not disappoint. We are appreciative and grateful to all who helped. Love Opendoor and would absolutely use again :)”

“This was such an easy process. From the first time I talked with Aliyah, my fears were alleviated and she was always there to answer any questions we had. My husband has health issues and Opendoor provided the best way for us to see our home and were very flexible with us, allowing us to move our closing date up. You look back on a process and often think "Would I do this again with Opendoor?" My answer is a resounding YES!! Thank you Opendoor!!”

“EXTREMELY easy and stressFREE. Everyone was so nice and made everything so easy from the first phone call. I had a tenant in the property who was very understanding and helped the process along as well. By working together we were able to do a digital walk thru for the initial offer that was ready within days. The entire process was fast (which was great for me); from the offer, to accepting it and having closing documents prepared, even having the notary, with documents to sign, come to me a few days before closing, so on the closing day we could be funded. I would 10000% recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home. By far the easiest and most pleasant transaction I've ever experienced.”

“We were In the process of building a house and moving out of state. Juggling build delays and selling our current home ….well the thought of that was overwhelming. Open door eliminated the stress of selling a home! A quick video walkthrough followed by a fair offer and we picked our close date! Super easy. We could not be happier. Thank you Opendoor!”
