“When I decided to use Opendoor to sell my house, I was worried about the response since I will be dealing with a company. But Daisha and Heather were very prompt in answering all my questions and everything proceeded like a clockwork. On the second day after the final checkout, all my utilities where transferred from my name. I am very satisfied with this selling experience.”

“The Opendoor process was very simple to follow. I provided a Video of each room of the house and a Video of the outside of the house. Opendoor reviewed the video and made me a final offer. Nothing complicated.”

“There is nothing that Opendoor could have done to make this experience any better. The absolute best way to sell a house. Hate showings? No problem, there are none. Need to close on a certain date or time? No problem, schedule the closing to fit your timeframe. Your new place not ready No problem they'll let you stay in the house for an a few weeks. We had sold multiple houses through traditional realtor. We will never use one again.”

“Selling my Mom’s home to OpenDoor was one of the easiest real estate transactions I have ever been involved in. We were excited to receive the price we wanted. The process was simple and almost stress free. There was a delay in the process due to questions the underwriter had about Mom’s Power of Attorney. After some back and forth conversation, the title company found an underwriter willing to accept the POA and we moved forward. Everyone I encountered in the process was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend OpenDoor to my friends.”

“This was the second time using Opendoor.....first time buying a house and now selling. The selling process was so easy. Took about two weeks from initial contact with Opendoor to closing and almost all steps in the process were virtual. They came in with a very competitive offer and followed thru exactly as outlined in the offer. Couldn't be happier with Opendoor and highly recommend them for your realty buying and selling options.”

“With Open Door this process was stress-free. The showing of my house was done by video on my phone I made an offer of how much I wanted for my home and about 45 minutes later they made a counteroffer just below what I was asking. I did not have to do any showing or repairs. I didn’t even have to clean the house if I didn’t want to. The best part is they paid off my existing mortgage and wired the net proceeds to my bank on the same day of my closing the date I picked. Jacob an Open Door Experience Partner walked me through everything at each step. He was courteous and very professional. Alicia the Escrow Officer kept me informed of everything that was going on and answered my questions to my satisfaction. She made the closing very painless. And the Notary that Open Door sent out was on time, explain everything and was courteous and very professional. This was the easiest that I have ever sold a home. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the same experience.”
