“We had very emotional reasons for selling and did not feel we could handle dealing with realtors this time. Opendoor was incredibly easy and gave us a great offer. We were happy all the way through and would recommend this route, especially if you are overwhelmed when you need to sell.”

“Amazing experience. They did a quick walk through. Put the offer in quick and made sure the process felt smooth and flawless. Even have options to stay in the home after close for flexibility. 100% would recommend if needing to sell a house as is.”

“It was a pretty straightforward experience. I took some videos of the interiors and they sent a person to take a look at the exterior of the house. I got a reasonable offer within the next few days and I can choose my closing day with the flexibility to change it. The notary even came to my new home to sign the settlement statement on the day of closing.”

“I have sold homes to Open Door twice in 3 years and am a completely happy customer, I have encouraged other friends to utilize this service and they have also had a great experience with Open Door. My favorite part this time was being able to complete a 100% virtual closing utilizing a notary on a webcam. I thought I was just starting the paperwork, but was amazed to be able to complete the entire sale at 8 pm on a Wednesday, a few days ahead of my closing date! So convenient!!”

“Last year, my parents needed to sell their home of 52 years and we decided to give OpenDoor a try. They made a fair offer and everything went smoothly. So when we decided to sell our house, we looked at OpenDoor and a couple of other companies. OpenDoor was very responsive, came back with a great offer, and made the process smooth. “Opendoor was very flexible to work with. We sold our home to them to go under contract to buy a new construction home. They allowed us to have an extended contract close date on the sale of our home to them, to be able to go under contract for our new build. I was able to negotiate with them on the repairs charge on their offer and after submitting documentation they adjusted their repair charge down which gave us net proceeds. They also made the process of transferring a solar panel lease to Opendoor very easy. Kristen our experience partner was really helpful in explaining their whole process and was a pleasure to work with. Opendoor's offer was very competitive and the ease of not having to deal with appraisals and inspections after the initial video walkthrough and external inspection was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend selling to Opendoor if their offer makes the most sense for your situation!”

“After being skeptical in the beginning, Opendoor proved to be above and beyond in terms of the process and professionalism in handling their purchase of our home. Everyone we came in contact with associated with this process was friendly, knew exactly what they were talking about and put to rest any fears that we might’ve had. I would 100% recommend and support anyone that is in the market to sell their home to contact Opendoor.
