“Everything was as advertised. Opendoor made me a very good offer for my house and I accepted. Theere were no glitches or surprises Their instructions were easy to follow and their representative (Jonathan Tauber) was top-notch.”

“If you have ANY doubts, DON’T!!! BEST DECISION we made during our home selling process was to use OpenDoor. Extremely easy, hassle free and convenient. We didn’t have to worry about any open houses, buyers dropping out of escrow, or completing any repairs. It was SO simple that I thought there was something I was missing or something more I should have been doing! The money hit my bank account the day after we closed. GREAT COMPANY & experience. Thank you OpenDoor for taking the extra stress out of an already stressful process!”

“When I first heard about Opendoor my wife and I was very skeptical. More times than not if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. But in this case it was all true. The process, customer service, offer and settlement worked out great. The process was efficient, straightforward and convenient. The customer service was amazing. We had someone assigned to us the whole way. And gave us great information whenever we needed. The settlement and offer exceeded all expectations. The offer was much more than I asked for. The closing went smoothly and we received our settlement within a few hrs after we closed. We was able to stay in the house up to 17 days after closing. Just read the details in the information section they provided. Honestly nothing about the whole process was difficult at all to understand or comprehend. And we never felt pressured to do anything. I could go on for hrs about the program but it speaks for itself. Our experience was great and I we highly recommend Opendoor. Thank you Opendoor for an amazing experience.”

“Jonathan Tauber and the entire staff at Opendoor were amazing! I wasn’t sure about the entire process since I had never sold a property in this non-traditional way so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would recommend this to everyone. It was such a smooth process and a great experience dealing with their knowledgeable staff. Whenever I had a question, Jonathan or someone from Opendoor was quick to respond and always very professional. I’ve been bragging to all of my friends and family about what a good decision I made by choosing Opendoor. Yes, there are other companies out there that purchase homes as well. But I highly doubt they would be up to my high standards. I’m now spoiled by the excellent experience that I had. So when I go to sell another home, I will most definitely choose Opendoor and Jonathan Tauber as well! Thank you for the chance to share my story😊”

“Opendoor gave me a great price for my house, as good as if with a Realator without the hassles of showing my house. I have four dogs and it would of been impossible to show the house with them, not to mention I caught COVID while my house was being bought by Opendoor. So, a win win situation for me and everyone else. I just wish Opendoor was in New York now.”

“I was able to see houses in a variety of price points and no one pressured me into making a decision more quickly than I wanted. Additionally, Opendoor like have an army of folks to show you the available houses. You can see house in as little as 2 hours if the listing agents will allow it. More importantly for me, Opendoor helps with the misalignment of incentives (Agents want their buyers to buy fast so they can move on to the next one and make more $). I’m grateful for this new way of buying a home. Last but not least, the l 1% back isn’t too bad either.”

“Overall great experience, I am a disabled veteran and the stress of having people come to the house, Negotiations with realtors etc was quite stressful for my family and I. Opendoor easy process and realitivly smooth communication allowed for a stress-free and even had an acceptable offer. Honestly I wouldn't want to sell a house any other way. Thank you for all the support and making this process as pain-free as possible. I am very satisfied.”

“We were thinking about selling our rental house that we have had for many years but since selling a house is such a huge job and so stressful to go through getting the house ready we were so worried until one day I saw a add from Opendoor which is a large company but I never heard of them before had offered to buy our house. My immediate thought was, they are going to make a low offer and deduct so much for repairs and we will end up with a fraction of the value of our house. Since I was so curious about what their offer, I contacted them and told them we will be interested to see their offer, I only had to send several pictures in a few days the offer was emailed to me. We were so amazed about their wonderful offer which we were very happy about but I was keep thinking it must be a catch to it, But I we accepted their offer even though I was very skeptical. We continued with the flow. A great account manager contacted me and walked me through the entire process and told me they are there to help me and I did not have to do anything else, then a wonderful, caring closing agent called and took over the rest of the process. Opposite of my being skeptical, everything went so smoothly and there was no catch, working with a team of caring, professional group made selling our house a breeze. We never thought a large company like Opendoor would buy my house so pain free at a great price and we be so happy. This is a great new way to sell homes instead of the traditional listing the house with a realtor, it’s so easy and pain free, no showings no open houses. We highly recommend them to all home sellers or buyers. Mina khosravani”

“This process was terrifying at first but working with the OpenDoor team made it easier than planning a trip to the store. Communication is high and the team members are courteous and knowledgeable. It wasn’t a boxing match over the price and I was very appreciative of that. From beginning to close to funds received, it was simple and easy. I don’t think that I could sell any other way in the future. This made it easier for me and my wife to focus on relocating our family.”
