“Our experience with Opendoor was flawless. We were extremely skeptical initially. We got our initial quote for our property, and expected our offer to come back way under after they did the video walk through and appraisal of the outside of the home. But even with the concession for repairs we still received a very fair offer that was on par with the initial offer. We didn’t have to do any showings, we didn’t have random people in and out of our house, there was no haggling or stress about not meeting requirements for closing. We chose our closing date, we closed and funded on time without a single issue. Any time we had a question, our contact at Opendoor, Lori, was readily available and we had a response usually within five minutes. Like I said, we were extremely skeptical initially, but we would use Opendoor again without hesitation, and would recommend them highly to anyone.”

“The Open-Door-Backed offer program is truly a GAME CHANGER! Opendoor was a huge tool in our tool belt when we decided to but in Central Texas - one of the most aggressive markets in the country. “Way over priced homes for buyers with unreasonable fees and band-aid repair jobs, such as painting cast iron plumbing. Not willing to negotiate and allows houses to sit empty. Will not pay a realtor helping you. Will not give you time to negotiate repairs. RIP OFF”

“Amber Bonner did a fantastic job walking us through the process of selling our home to OpenDoor. Although we opted not to sell to OpenDoor, Amber was extremely helpful and professional at all times. OpenDoor’s no pressure and no cancellation penalty approach was a great service to us. “My experience was to good to be true. I kept expecting something to go wrong throughout the process because usually when it’s to go to be true something bad happens. Not with Opendoor. I recommended them to my next door neighbor and they already closed on their home. Thank You! Opendoor.”

“Professional, smooth transactions, no hassles. But one disappointment was my agent; afterwards l could hardly get in toucn with her, no explanations about my repair charges(itemized), why 5% was excluded and l thought it was suppose to be 3%. But Opendoor offered me the highest offer.”

“Honestly. It actually stressed me out how smooth it went. I kept waiting for Open Door to throw me a curveball. They gave me a fair price to purchase my home. Fees were fair. I’m still in awwww.”

“Do not sell your home to opendoor. We went into contract, a week before closing they cancelled. Too many repairs to the house is all they said. Refused to give me any explanation or inspection information. This was after the inspection was rescheduled over and over, and late. They had me sign an addendum to extend inspection date saying if I didn't they would cancel. And they ended up just canceling the next day. All I see are positive reviews and I want people to know they do not care.”
