“Ok so I was skeptical about it all in the beginning, but after doing my due diligence I moved forward with selling my home to Opendoor, and it was a great decision! The process was super easy to follow and was all laid out in front of you. I followed what I was supposed to do and we packed up, closed on the house, funded the very next morning🤑🤑🤑, moved out! My realtor wanted to buy my house due to location but couldn’t match the price! I sold as is, my home needed new roof, the tile in master bed bathroom had been removed as I was going to fix up and sell but Opendoor saved me the headache at a very competitive offer that could not be matched at that time.”

“Opendoor was great!! Everyone involved from the beginning to the end provided excellent service. I was impressed with how smooth this transaction flowed and the offer we received was more than fair! “Brooke with Open Door was great to work during the entire process. She was quick to respond and always helpful. This was so much better than having strangers in and out of my house constantly and very convenient. Would definitely recommend.”

“It seems that a lot of people have great things to say about selling their homes to Opendoor, but what happens to those homes once Opendoor owns them? I'm under contract on an Opendoor-owned home right now and had inspections done last week. We were quoted for $9k worth of repairs - they countered us with $1.5k. My realtor can't even seem to get Opendoor's agent on the phone. They apparently have no qualms with letting this transaction fall through, making no needed repairs, and waiting for the next sucker to come along who will cave in and turn Opendoor a profit on this home because they are desperate to buy in a seller's market. I would never in good conscience recommend that someone try to buy an Opendoor-owned home.”

“pleasant experience and fair price . Worked with Mila Altman and Luz. Both very professional and efficient and wrapped up the whole thing in under three weeks . a very smooth and efficient process with no stress. will do it again and will consider buying thru opendoor now”

“Cannot express how simple and pleasant our house sale went!! Our agent was great and the trust department was the greatest!! I think the fees (cleaning fee, esp) was excessive price and ease were great”

“I recently sold my house to Opendoor. Was skeptical and nervous at first, but everything went perfectly. Alex T. was very helpful during the entire process. “We started our home buy journey with Opendoor a little bit over 3 weeks ago, we are extremely satisfied with Opendoor. Schedule a tour through Opendoor APP is so easy and fast, all showing agents we have met are super nice and professional. Our Opendoor agent is Daniel Fainshtein, what we really appreciated about Daniel is that he never push us to buy and we never felt the pressure to make a decision. He was open and honest, he provided great advice and knowledge about the real estate market, so we were able to reach the ultimate goal to buy the house, highly recommend Opendoor to everybody.”

“The process of selling to Opendoor is quick and easy. Every step was handled online, including my meeting with the notary to sign the closing documents. Once the sale was complete, the funds were transferred to my bank account very quickly. The offer we received from Opendoor was great, and matched the current market value of our home, so we were able to get top dollar for our property without having to go through the usual process of showing the house. We are very happy we decided to work with Opendoor and couldn’t be more pleased with the result.”

“I am truly impressed! We got an initial offer price well above what I was expecting for our area. No pressure, no hassle and as a family with 5 kids and pets, I really was not looking forward to showings, open houses and the stress of keeping a house "show clean". On top that, inspections, repairs, buyer issues...this just seems the best way to go for any busy family or someone who doesn't want the hassle of a traditional sale”
