“I tried to book a flight with Opodo. The booking seemed to fail; no notifications, no booking reference - NOTHING. But... I still got charged for the cost of the flight. As I had no booking number, I couldn't contact Opodo AT ALL and neither could I cancel the flight.”

“How can buy airtiket and take full money 3 time for insurance flight from amsterdam to Jakarta and return .From u cancel flight but only half refund ? And worst think is without baggase and only 7 kg .And to get confirmation soo complicate.We flight with our kids.”

“from skyscanner redirect me to opodo, the price was in US and was 242$, afther insert my name and phone number the price change in EUR of 230.66. they post harestmnet mesageess : "hurry the price could change". afther i insert my payment information sudanly pup up a message "It looks like airline has incresed the fare since you made your search.."273.42 euro! i no made any searfch on this time, only i was in the process of payment. this is clears scamer of ~ 40Euro. firts time use Opodo, skyscanner. Never again for shure”

“Absolute worst agency you can give your money to. Any trouble you encounter they are impossible to reach. It's one of those money taker scam companies. After 81 of roaming minutes I finally reached a rep and he told me basically screw you you won't get any help. People, do yourself a huge favour and book directly trough flight companies, avoid my $1000 mistake. It's a shame that one star reviews are the lowest, opodo deserves NONE!!!”

“at last OPODO EDREAMS are now recognized officially by my bank as online scammers my bank has kindly paid me my full refund and flagged OPODO EDREAMS UP as online scammers now the word will spread to other banks and hopefully be blocked for scamming other poor people this site has helped so much in exposing OPODO EDREAMS for what they really are SCAMMERS THIEVES LIARS SCUM OF THE EARTH”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My flight got cancelled by the airline and it has been more than 6 months and they haven't send my money back yet. This is ridiculous! NEVER USE OPODO UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING HEADACHES AND TO WASTE MONEY”

“I’ve been trying to get hold of Opodo by email, by the app and by phone and I am having no luck! The telephone messaging service keep saying it doesn’t recognise my reference number, I have tried at least 25 times and no response same goes with the App. I am so upset with their services. I am travelling abroad to support refugees, I have paid for my ticket etc and I cannot afford to lose the payment for the flight, which has been cancelled by the flight company. My good deed is turning into a nightmare!! Can anyone please help, please OPPDO get in touch!! Inayah Sher”

“I had booked to go to Los Angeles via British airways, but due to a death abroad I had to cancel my flight. These liars refused to refund my money, even though British Airways said I was eligible for a refund. Opodo are liars and scammers of the highest order. Absolutely don’t give them your money. Worst company ever. I hope they get shut down!”

“I ordered 3 tickets. Got to the airport and only had 1 available for my 9 year old son. Marked as a no show. No help from Opodo or Ethiopia airlines. Cant get hold of anybody apart from texting. Insurances mean nothing. Scam with no protection for customers. Useless. The rest of the reviews a 💯 accurate. I should have checked. Not happy as you can see. Sean”

“Opodo is a company which steals your money. I booked a ticket through them and gave me the booking reference with confirmation on the ticket. The next day I called the travel agency for the flight, they informed me that the ticket is cancelled. I didn't cancel the ticket at all. On Opodo website, it shows that the booking is confirmed, but on the original website of the flight, it shows there is no booking as it is cancelled.”

“2020 I booked a 1st class flight from Paris to São Paulo which was cacelled by the airline. The airline refunded to Opodo. But Opodo does not refund to me. :-(”

“Terrible service. Not only the website is a mess, but they automatically sign up for subscriptions and take 59 euros from your account, and then never answer when being asked for refunds or communication. Also there is no way to cancel stuff on your own, you always have to CALL. and they never answer. Terrible way to do business in 2022.. They also offer discount codes that never work lol. the whole thing is just a scam. don't book via them, its honestly terrible”

“Absolutely awful, we cancelled our opodo prime and not only did we still get charged. They changed us twice, when we explain on the phone that they don't want talk once you tell them the situation. Trying to steal as much as they can.”
