“i've had plenty of eye tests done and a lot of being told to keep my eyes wide open and not blink, harder than it sounds. overall though everything has been explained leading up to the initial surgery. After the surgery was a couple of days of discomfort and feeling like I had sand in my eyes but once that had passed I did start to notice my vision becoming clearer. Its now been about 2 weeks and my right eye is clearer than its ever been however my left eye is still healing.”

“After the surgery my eyes were streaming with water and fairly uncomfortable. I rested and within 2-3 hours the watering stopped. The vision was pretty good and eyes just felt a bit gritty. Next day vision was great and then just got better each day. Took about a week or so to adjust to reading glasses but now ok with that too.”
“I would definitely recommend Optical Express to friends and family. The customer service has, for the most part, been excellent. My actual laser eye surgeon was top quality too and put me at ease throughout. My only issue has been that, at the very early stages, I was double booked for my consultation so was unable to be seen. I had waited around in Manchester for three hours (as I was due to get a train back down to London) to be sent away as I could not be seen that day. It does not matter at all now as everything since then has been very positive, however I think it should be noted as it was at the very early stages and this incident made me consider not actually having the surgery.
Overall, however, I really rate Optical Express and feel that I have received excellent service and great treatment at a very reasonable price.”

“Prior to laser surgery I had eye strain and blurred vision, which prohibited me from doing things I used to enjoy such as swimming.

Today is one month check up and have been told I might need fine tuning as I still have a slight prescription, but this was explained at the start and I had expected it.
