The first battery that came was DOA. Customer service promptly sent a replacement battery and the new one works great. Thanks!

I cannot tell you how many vests I probably sell for you. Everytime I wear it which is a lot ppl ask me and I tell them all abou t it and tell ppl to get two batteries so that one is always fresh blah blah blah. You should probably buy me a new vest:)bc Ive had mine for years. Its the best!

Definitely not worth the cost. It's supposed to be multi zone, but I only feel heat in one small strip across the top of my shoulders.It's just not a terribly helpful item for warmth. I wouldn't buy another or recomend to anyone else.

Disappointing; feels pretty much the same, even when using the battery. Plus, the red often fades to blue, but the location of the button(s) makes them awkward to reach while walking and gloved. Should have known better to purchase this costly item.

I love my ororo vests. They always work as they should . I use them as an under layer beneath my coat and it keeps me toasty. I was disappointed that this vest did not include the plug part of the charging necessity. Luckily it is my second vest and I have the wall plug part. Please go back to including this crucial part of the total package. Without It I do not think I will buy another.

I had to replace one vest because it was faulty some months ago. The seond one was faulty. Your RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE! I contacted customer service and got an AI response that made NOT SENSE and had to send information over and over again. No matter what I wrote they wanted me to do another test. It took WEEKS to get them to OK a replace ment, and then the THIRD replacement was FAULTY and then it took weeks to get them to replace that. Still waiting for that second replacement. It's a good product WHEN IT WORKS.

I'm having trouble charging the battery. I have emailed and am not happy with the response. I ordered the charger block to see if that will make a difference. It says to fully charge the battery before using but 1 of the responses was to drain the battery and then try to charge. The battery came at 2 bars and won't charge past that. I have outdoor events coming up and is why I ordered the jacket.

While the clothing is great the customer service is not. I placed an order, my credit card was charged (not just funds put in hold), and shipping confirmation was received. Days later, I received an email that the item was backordered (not out of stock) and I could choose a different item or cancel my order. This company is not a start-up and should have their *#^* together better than this. Days after I contacted them about the cancellation, I received an email to rate my product, you know, the one I never received, and then another email request. Truly considering other heated clothing companies, unfortunately which is sad because I’ve raved about this company to many people in the past and have had lots of family and friends make purchases after they’ve seen my items or heard me talk about them.

Great company with great products and excellent customer service. My hoodie heating element stopped working so I reached out to customer service and with in 12 hours I not only had a response back but I also had a prepaid label to send my hoodie back to them. Once ups delivered my old hoodie the new was almost immediately sent out to me.

First size was too big returned it with everything when item was reshipped I was missing the free laundry bag and other freebies from the first order I sent back. Heats decent not as hot as I would like....would be nice for the arms and chest to heat up to for the price. Probably won't purchase again.

Warmers didn't cover as wide of an area as I originally thought from the photos. Pocket hand warmers barely got warm at all even when on high and inside with no air flow. Battery being stuck on the hip makes it a much more annoying location when doing any work or movement. Overall for the price it really wasnt worth it considering it just adds weight and not much heat or freedom of movement, but I guess it still works as a thicker sweater.
