“THis is the second coat I've ordered for my wife. She really likes them. The newest is more of a durable type coat. Her only sort of complaint is the collar/neck is pretty stiff. Other than that she loves the heating zones located on the arms.”

“Wife loves the vest. My issue was they mailed it usps and took about three weeks to receive. Maybe switch to UPS so it’s delivered quickly”

“We got the gloves for my husband for Christmas and they barely get “warm”. For the price that they are, they don’t hold up heat. Also, the return process has been a nightmare with trying to get the right label and it has taken days to try and get the process finished. If you need heated gloves, I would look elsewhere. As for other heated products like their vests, we have heard they work great!”

“The jacket didn't fit my wife and you won't accept the return so I'm very disappointed in that fact I own a couple of your jackets and they're great but if I can't return it from my wife, it's of no value and it's an expensive jacket.”

“Great product!!! I bought this to go skiing and it kept me warm all day. The heat in the collar was amazing. I went between medium and low heat and it was plenty to keep me comfortable. I used it again when we were outside for several hours and again I was kept warm with just the vest over a sweatshirt. I would absolutely recommend this product. I got the medium size battery and it lasted all day.”
