“I recently purchased a vest. The light indicator quit working. I contacted customer service and they responded to my email within an hour and even happily agreed to replace my faulty vest. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers. Highly recommend.”

“Bought for my mom who is 80 and always cold, lives in the Midwest . Bought her the XS, she is 5’0 and 80 lbs. it fits her perfectly and keeps her warm. Should be warned, the battery does not last very long, so we needed to buy another battery on Amazon. This has been very helpful.”

“The jacket are very much worth the money. They do exactly as they say. The battery lasts depending how they set low or medium, so far I have not used it on high. But we did buy backup batteries. We are loving this brand.”

“My family loves the vests I got them. BUT the one I got my mother, which said it was a 2025 vest, was too small. Low and behold, it happened to be a final sale, so I can’t even exchange it for a size that fits. It’s really disappointing. I only found out it was a final sale when I received the email confirmation.”
