“I cannot believe the wonderful customer service with ororo. I love my new vest, and I bought two batteries, also to make sure that at dog shows I'm fully prepared for the cold. Great customer service, and they answered all my questions immediately.”

“Ordered the longer vest. Ordered burgundy instead of navy by mistake. I am THRILLED with the burgundy. Tested the best out by driving around with no heat in the car and the best was great. My body truck stayed warm. May need to do a jacket someday.”

“Purchased the chevron quilted vest and love it. Would give 5 stars but for two things. First & most frustrating, it takes multiple times to try to get the zipper to catch. I am rarely ever able to zip it up on the first try. It often takes 5 or more attempts. 2. Placement of the battery pocket and zipper placement of said pocket make it difficult to access the battery to check that it is connected without fully unzipping the vest. I assume it’s set back so that you don’t have the battery in the way of your hands when they’re in your pockets. Otherwise, very pleased with my purchase & have used it several times and the added warmth was greatly appreciated.”

“Love the Oreo heated vests our whole family have them. Ordered a dual charger for our batteries that came with the vests but it’s the wrong size and they don’t accept returns so be careful when you order.”

“My wife has multiple vests, multiple jackets, gloves, a hand warmer and a scarf. She loves everything and likes the opportunity to get other products in other colors. I have the hunting pants, hunting vest, another vest and gloves. Hunting is so comfortable even in the worst conditions. Our family is thrilled with the Ororo products and thinks they are the superior heated apparel on the market.”
