“We purchased open box heated gloves. They don't work and are a final sale. I caution anyone to purchase an open box item from Ororo. Buyer be aware that open box is final sale regardless if it is defective”

“Ordered for a Christmas gift and ordered the incorrect size( my error). Emailed ORORO with a return and promptly received a return label. Return and receiving the correct size was very easy. This is the second ORORO product I have purchased. Highly recommend ORORO.”

“I got the heated gloves, to combat frozen fingers in frigid NW Wisconsin. The gloves to a good job...on the tops of my hands, but the fingertip warmth leaves a bit to be desired. Mostly, if I'm handling a shovel, but that's when I need it most. The battery pack is also quite bulky. I have a vest also, and that's been very nice.”

“I was very unhappy with the miscommunication between the website, saying that it would be delivered on a certain day and customer service saying something completely different. It took so long for customer service to get back to me about a change of address that we had to. Accept delivery almost a week after Christmas after receiving the delivery. The slippers were too small. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know only to find out slippers. Cannot be returned or exchanged like I was telling customer service. This is my third and final purchase. I'm very sorry to have to not used this company anymore.I like their product, but their customer service and company policies as a whole are subpar”

“The vests are great. Sending a plug in with the battery and wire would be helpful. Some of the batteries came with no usb plug in to charge the batteries. I had to buy them. The vests are comfortable.”
