I have been very pleased with my Ororo vest. Great for working outdoors, very comfortable and warm! In 46-50 degree weather, the low setting was more than adequate. Runs true to size and fairly easy to maintain. While a bit on the pricey side, it certainly is a product that lines up to the expectations and other reviews.

I was gifted an ororo vest last year by my children. The order I recently got was for an additional battery because the battery I got with the vest only lasts 6-7 hours. When I wear my vest, it is generally for a full day which could be 10-12 hours, so I felt I needed an additional battery. I love the vest.

Purchased the Liner Gloves. Unfortunately they are too bulky. The battery is too big to get the sleeve of my jacket over the cuff. The gloves themselves are too thick to use - can't move the fingers easily to do tactical work.

The heat stays on even after turning the vest off. I have to unplug the battery in order for the heat to turn off

True to size, fits well, and keeps me warm. It's a little heavy and the very visible light up button on the chest is a little weird. The control button could be hidden in a pocket.

Company has sent two defective vests, shipped un-requested products to me, and ghosted me, rather than rightfully give my wife her refund for the vest she tried to get me. Whole process gave me time to think about how dumb this idea is. Relying on battery power for cold protection is a terrible idea. If it dies unexpectedly you could get hurt. Anyway yeah, this has been the WORST customer service experience in my life.

I am still waiting for a email from Customer Service regarding where I’m supposed to send this picture. I do not have an email address to send it to until I get that and get a new jacket because the first one didn’t work. I cannot write a proper review

I sent a message though the website about a sweater the we have that the power button does not work on. I got zero response. My family has multiple pieces, from Ororo and I have even purchased them from some of the employees that work for my company because I believed you have a superior product. Maybe the product is good, but the customer service is not.

Gifted my adult son the jacket for Christmas. It had defective zippers on both sides. I called and they asked to return it. Four days after return sent we received the replacement. The jacket is very well made and looks nice. The hood makes it really nice. The customer service is very good. T

You won't be disappointed!! Great, warm coat...heaters are cozy...battery has a great time limit, but to be safe if you're planning on using for extended time, purchase a second battery

No problem with the merchandise at all. I ordered a replacement vest battery, as the vests battery was lost. The battery should’ve come with the charging cord. It didn’t. So I had to get it separately after the battery was received Batteries should come with a charging cord. .

I bought this my husband to wear in his cold office and he loves it! It's a good hoodie to wear with and without the heating element. The only thing to make it better would be heated pockets.

Anchorage Gloves. Gloves are warm, and work very well at -4 degrees F. (coldest temp tried yet) with full heat. Also warm without any heat at 25 degrees F. Customer service is also excellent, very responsive. Had to exchange for a larger size, and had a return label from them within 2 hours of my request, notification when they received the returned gloves, and a new larger size received by me withinin one week of my initial request. The sizing chart to determine hand size for the gloves is way, way off - toss it out. My hand palm circumference is just under 8.5 inches (measured both hands multiple times before ordering), which is borderline small/medium according to the chart. Had to return the mediums (8.5 - 9.1 inches), and even the large size (9.1 - 9.6 in.) is tight, can't completely close my hand, and feeling the tightness when holding a hiking pole. Hard to believe that a glove's hand circumference over an inch larger than my hand is still too small. The gloves are also difficult to put on with the batteries installed. The area of the glove located at the elastic wrist area at the top of the battery is too narrrow for the hand to pass through (backhand strap completely loosened). No problem putting on the gloves if the gloves are put on without the batteries installed. Despite the sizing problems, they're so warm I'll keep these, and use them just for the colder days. Hopefully they'll loosen up a little more over time.
