Unfortunately, I bought a “new, open box” vest and batteries. When it arrived, I do not believe it was new, it didn’t work well at all and it actually had wear marks (stains). When I reached out to Ororo, they would only take the item back for a “store credit” and I would have to pay shipping. I understand it was an open box (no returns) item but this was a pretty darn poor way to stand behind your product for something that was supposed to be a new unused item. After my experience I did not want a store credit, I just wanted my money back. Or at the very least a new item without paying more money. I will not shop here again and I recommend, buyer beware.

I purchased the Orowear extra Large vest for my boyfriend after seeing the advertisement on the Today Show. My boyfriend is often cold and frequently travels between Maine and Massachusetts. He is so happy with his new vest! We immediately charged it which did take some time. However, the charge did last for about six hours. He is very happy with his vest!

I have recently added my husband to the Ororo family with a heated jacket, and he loves it. I have a vest and a jacket, which I am generally always wearing one or the other. The batteries last a good long time, making them great for a day or outdoor fun. The heated collar has to be my favorite part so I made sure to order him a jacket with that feature.

Bought a women’s heated vest for my daughter at Christmas. She absolutely loves it! She is small and the vest fits perfectly. Very easy to care for. Looks great! Comfortable.

I had a battery which only lasted about 2-4 hours. I asked for a replacement. They sent a replacement and also charged me for it even though I sent it back the day I got the replacement. New battery lasts 8 hours on medium setting which is what I needed. Hopefully they will refund my battery price very soon ! I have two jackets. One for the hospital and one for home. Becky

I bought the Women's Softshell Vest as a Christmas gift for my wife - she is very happy with it! She was especially pleased when she put he hands in the warm pockets. Size was right on. Also bought a spare battery so would always have a heated vest, even while the other battery was charging.

These are excellent. The top of your hand and around the thumb heat up. On high they made my have sweaty during my walk. I love them. I purchased the yellow because they were clearance priced. The color is deep butter yellow. I was worried it was going to be bright yellow. Definitely recommend!! I have heated coat, vest and now gloves. Love everything from this company

Bought the heating seat pads for a Christmas gift for my parents. When they opened them they both were thankful. And started talking how much they will be used and had way more uses for them than I ever thought.

I had purchased 2 heated jackets long before Christmas with a promise date long before the date I would need to ship the gifts to arrive as gifts to my son and new daughter-in-law. It took 3 or 4 days to inform me the color and size of the FEMALE jacket was no longer available and offered to send me an alternate color in a MALE jacket. The requested jacket was available on the website. Several more days to get a response to correct the gender jacket. I agreed to the replacement but again it took 3 or 4 more days to have the order confirmed and switched. Another few days before the jacket was shipped. Customer service communication is horrible with multiple days to respond to my questions. The replacement jacket did not arrive for me to ship to arrive before Christmas. I then sent an email asking if I could exchange the unused female jacket if the preferred color would become available. The jackets were meant to be matching his/hers. The male jacket was sent prior to resolving the issue with the female jacket so I was stuck with the male jacket before the resolution of the female jacket. Days later the response was the color would no longer be available and I could exchange for a different jacket with a charge of $70. Are you kidding me? Service charge of $70 plus the expense of 2 shipping fees. Never do business with them ever again and guarantee this review will be expressed on social media and company reviews.

The problem was the sizing. My grandson was the same height and about 10 lbs less than the medium example. we ordered a medium. We had to return it for a large. BUT once he got the right size, he loved it. He says it is very comfortable and he will wear it even when he doesn't need the heating element on.
