The coat is exactly what I needed- I am cold all winter long and this coat has fixed the problem! I highly recommend getting the coat where the arms have a warmer as well! I love my new coat!!!

This was a gift for someone who is always cold . She loves it l, and doesn't freeze in her office or while outside walking .

I was surprised at the quickness of th at e response to my questions. I am still testing it to see if it will work properly. Obviously there's a learning curve. But I trust that if I do have a problem it will be quickly corrected. The individual I talked to was very professional.

I ordered two different items for Christmas presents. One was a jacket for my daughter, and the other was a vest for my dad. I was excited to wrap them up and gift them, but as I watched my family members open them we discovered that neither one came with a battery pack. I’m not sure if that was a mistake or if I was supposed to order those separately. I’ve tried calling twice and sent an email. I haven’t heard back from your company. I’m very disappointed as I would never expect with the prices as high as they are that I would have to buy a battery pack for each on top of that. So until someone responds to my calls or email, my daughter and dad have overpriced winter apparel that doesn’t keep them any warmer than the things already in their closets.

Ororo has terrible customer service! I will never purchase anything from them again. They refused to exchange an item that did not fit. There are many ethical companies to choose from-REI for one! Great customer service.

Bought this for my wife. So far she really likes it. Definitely size up. Normally she’s a women’s large but I bought her a 2xl and it fits perfectly. She says that Low is the perfect heat setting.

These jackets are great, I live in Wisconsin and right now the tempature is near 10 below zero and there is nothing like putting on a Ororo heated jacket although I would buy the PD 7K battery for all day heat. These jackets are worth every cent.

Battery takes 8 hrs to charge. Stays on for just 2 hours and then dies. Contacting company. This can't be right.

I bought the Augusta Women's Heated Sweater Fleece Vest for my wife for Christmas, and yesterday (New Years day) was the first time she wore it. We went on a SxS ride and the temos were in the lower 30's all day. She had the vest on for most of the ride (approximately 6 hours), and she was very confortable. She did use the 3 heat settings when she needed to, and kept warm all day. She really likes the vest.

I will NEVER buy anything from your business AGAIN!!! False advertising . I was so embarrassed that I gave 1/2 a gift to a co-worker. I have already contacted My bank to dispute this transaction. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. If a vest is $200 then just post it for $200, not $130 with a pic of the battery on the picture but comes with NO BATTERY…

We purchased a heated vest from you that arrived without the battery. You were very responsive to the situation and sent us a new battery right away. My son is loving the heated vest!

I purchased two pairs of Tahoe Heated socks for my wife for Christmas. Based on the size guide, I ordered Mediums, but when she opened them, they were huge. There is no way they would fit her feet. When I looked into returning them for a different size, I discovered that these socks are non-returnable—even though they have never been worn. This was a very expensive mistake and I'm left with a set of unusable socks.
