“This is an excellent vest. I've had it for a week now and I love it. I wear it every day; the charge will last about 8 hours on low. I usually only have it on coming and going from work, but one day the office was cold so I used it all day. Highly recommend.”

“I like the fit and heat locations. I would like to see fleece pockets and fleece at the zipper end. I thought of returning as I do not like getting scratched by the zipper at my neck/chin”

“When I placed my order no where did it say it was a final sale. When the order arrived it said on the receipt it said final sale. Not that I would need to return it but in case it didn’t I wanted the option. When I ask they said sorry it a small system delay between the shipping and order confirmation, that it was a final sale. That isn’t my problem it’s yours!! Didn’t even offer to exchange if I needed. Never plan to order from your company again.”

“Really love the vest, but the band on the bottom is too tight while the rest of the vest is perfect. And if I go up a size, the waist puckers out because it’s too big. From other reviews, I see I’m not the only one to say this.”

“Love the vest. The only improvement I would suggest is to put the interior pocket for battery back to the front. the new placement makes it difficult to access the battery when wearing and also creates a bulge on the side. Fit and looks were better with the old style”
