I bought the heated vest for my Husband for Christmas. Joe loves the vest and used it in Colorado while visiting my daughter and son-in-law. The vest will get used all the time since my husband own's a contruction company. Thank you for your product.

I have a problem with the sizing and have left a message to call me. They have not called me back. I emailed you and got a stock response about how to return. I think you have a good product but terrible customer service. Please call me 425-241-2562

My husband really likes the heated vest . It’s a little cool inside the place he works and the vest keeps him warm.

We are unable to trythe product. I ordered this for a Christmas present. It is the wrong size and is not returnable due to it being a "final" sale. There should be some sort of alert when checking out that the item cant ber returned. I would not have oredered it if I had known it couldnt be returned.

The products are nice but the order execution is terrible. My wife loves her new vest so that's good. However, in order to track shipping I had to download a new app called Shop (by Shopify) which was annoying. I also ordered a 2nd battery which didn't come and I had to make multiple contact to get it shipped. The first contact was with a bot then a real person but, it took at least 4 back and forth emails. Ordering off of Amazon might have been easier.

Purchased as a gift for a family member. She was very pleased with it, especially the versatility (can be worn as a vest or as a jacket with detachable sleeves). It fit well also.

Don’t like the price going up and down. I paid one price for a vest it was to little. I returned it to buy a larger size price had increased by 25%

I accidently order a battery durning check out, Customer service was great cancel th battery but sent the vest as orginal ordered, I recieved my refund quickly within a few days. I try ordering orther heat vests and jacket, Ororo is the best quality.

I purchased the heated gloves and I couldn't be happier. They fit perfectly and the controls to turn them on and off are very simple. I plan on using them for snow blowing and other outdoor winter chores.

I’ve worn it a few times and I’m very happy with it. I especially like it when I go out for a walk and I don’t wanna wear a bulky coat over my clothing.

This review focuses on the shipping process and lack of communication—not the product itself, as I still haven’t received it. I placed an order for Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves (Order ORORO#929874) on December 10th, intending to give them as a Christmas gift when my father-in-law was in town. The product was sent to a local courier service in Charlotte, where it sat from December 15th to December 24th. During this time, I tried calling Ororo, but the only option was to leave a voicemail, which was never returned. I also emailed multiple times, but the responses were unhelpful, simply stating arrival dates that never materialized. On December 24th, the tracking website indicated the product was lost and advised me to contact the seller. At no point did Ororo proactively reach out to resolve the issue. I contacted them again that day, providing a screenshot from the courier showing the item was lost, and requested that they send the gift directly to my father-in-law. The replacement product was shipped on December 29th via ground service, with an estimated arrival date of January 3rd. The customer service throughout this process was disappointing—there was no sense of urgency or apology for the inconvenience. At the very least, they could have overnighted the replacement, but instead, they waited an additional four days to ship and chose the slowest method possible. We own other Ororo products and have found them to be good quality, so I’m hoping these gloves will make us forget about this very poor experience with the delivery process.

I didn't rate it 5 stars only because the battery was missing when I received the vest. But the customer service was excellent. Very prompt responses to all my questions and they quickly sent a replacement battery.

The paragon coat is disappointing. At 26 degrees and windy the coat does not keep me warm and the wind goes through the coat.

Upon opening our delivery the coat received was nothing like the picture or description on website. Customer service was quick with a replacement. Good on their end, except, the replacement coat they sent was the exact same wrong one as before. I will be asking for a refund. Not worth my time going through this.
