“Ororowear black heated vest seems a good product. Packed nicely including a separate reusable zippered bag. I purchased the battery also. Both seems to be a good value. I would recommend this seller.”

“My husband really says it keeps him warm ! Its a bit snug for the belly line .But I think a XXL would be way to big .Delivery was very good.”

“The vest is built very nice. I dont like the snaps on the pockets instead of zippers. The heat is not hot but lukewarm and doesnt las more than an hour. Very Very dissapointed.”

“Sizing information on gloves is not very accurate, and there is confusion about batteries because of all the extra "ads" about the various options. Description of the gloves needs to provide more information about the weight of the batteries, which is quite significant and which effects the comfort of the gloves.”

“I wasn’t happy with the resolution of an issue. I attempted to exchange one of three heated vests I had purchased for Christmas gifts. I needed a larger size and the item was unopened! However, after two replies from AI customer service I was finally routed to a person who would not exchange the item. I hadn’t realized that the item was marked ‘Final Sale’ and was not eligible for exchanges. The customer service rep sent me a screen shot of the item and it is listed in the description. Be on the lookout for these items when making purchases. I have not seen final sale items being mixed in with regular sale items on any other shopping websites I’ve used and wasn’t looking at the details when I made these purchases. Now I’m stuck with a $119 vest that is too small.”

“Sent a link to order from my granddaughter for her husband. Didn't notice the "Open Box" on the order. Paid $75 for a heated vest that does NOT come with a battery which costs another $50 plus shipping. It can not be retured. What a rip off!”

“Purchased a heated jacket for my wife for Christmas. She wears a 2x and I ordered a 3x just in case. Jacket was at least 5 inches too small. I missed the note regarding this item being final sale. That's on me. Ororo will not allow a return even though their sizing is a sham. Needless to say, I will never consider Ororo in the future.”

“I’ve bought two vests.. one is bulkier than the other and thus I have two batteries. I wear the thinner one in the house if I am cold and the bulkier one under my coat if I am going to be outside. I am very happy with my purchases.”
