“Vest didn't come with battery and don't have a USB plug in like the other vests I own so those batteries won't work. Not worth the high price.”

“Just in time. My vest is keeping my core warm and I have had a great reduction in back spasms. Only suggestion is to have the main front zipper larger. I have arthritis in my fingers and it is awkward to thread the front zipper.”

“I bought the fleece slip on slippers and the overall quality is great! Well made and sturdy… my only negative is just how uncomfortable they are.. like how non cushy they are.. too hard. I ordered a 9 but they just fit my feet so that too.. They were a great price tho.”

“Good shipping time but the vest feels and looks too big! I ordered size SMALL and it looks like a medium/large. Upset I can’t exchange for a smaller XS size just because I got it at 50% off. It’s brand new so why can’t I exchange it for a smaller size? I’m very upset. Please let me exchange it for a small size!”

“I have a couple of these items and they are true to their advertising and I love them. The fleece jacket is perfect and the vest over a sweatshirt works great in the colder nights. Keeps you warm. I highly recommend any of these items.”

“Absolutely horrible ! Never received a charger for the battery $(54). I wrote an email and received 2 differnet invoices showing me where to buy the charger for $21! Absurd!! Then the fact they used an odd okie for the battery from the jacket which requires you to buy only tiger batteries! Slick but BS . Do yourself a a favor and buy from a USA manufacture! I’m sending my stuff back .”

“Pre purchase research is always done before I buy any product. Ororowear was very highly rated. I purchased a vest through the Amazon website and the lack of a charger accompanying the battery was not clearly stated. My suggestion would be to have a charger included with any Ororo purchase since the product warranty is only recognized when the charger is used. I contacted Amazon about the missing charger and they immediately sent me another vest package. Prior to the replacement package arriving, an Ororo representative contacted me. Ororo rep Giselle was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the lack of charger with the vest. I had searched on Amazon and the only Ororo chargers I found were included with the purchase of a second battery (which I wasn't interested in). Giselle was very helpful in supplying the charger I required and even shipped it at their expense. In closing I would like to reiterate that when an item is required to properly use a item, it should be included with the products purchase. Thank you Giselle and Ororo.”
