“Luv the jacket and vest. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the battery is big and bulky. I have another vest from another manufacturer and the battery is half the size and more than half the weight, and gives me just as much heating time.”

“The vest was purchased as a gift for my husband. He was excited to receive it but has not had the opportunity to wear it yet. The purchase was made with golfing in mind but the weather has been very warm in Central Texas right now. The vest appears to be well made and the heating device charged right up without any issues. This makes it a step above a previous purchase he made.”

“I purchased socks for my daughter for Christmas. I bought a medium and she needed a size small, but the company did not allow for an exchange, claiming it was a final sale. I did not recall seeing anything about final sales and the lack of ability to make a return. I am hugly disapointed as it was an expensive gift that she cannot use.”

“I bought your heated vest for my son for Christmas/Hanukah and he loved it. I bought a med which fit well and was roomy enough to put something under it. He is 5'9 and usually a med but, sometimes a large. Athletic build. I have a friend who has one and loves it. He will definitely use it for wonter golf.”

“I bought my son a vest to use when he is working in his shop, hunting or fishing. He liked his so well I bought my grandson one to use for work. He builds bridges in the mountains of North Carolina. I thought he would flip out when he opened his package and realized he had a heated vest. Thanks for making this grandma look good. I was all giggles and smiles watching the excitment of my boys.”

“Right out of the box missing a charge block. Have to go buy one? Seriously? For $180+ you'd think they could throw in a fifty cent (their price) charge block. We'll let you know how the other vest features work out.”

“I made a mistake and didn’t think the first order was delivered. In fact it was. Ms April got a replacement in the mail immediately and I got it before Xmas. I’m mailing the extra back as it was my mistake but she handled it immediately and was exceptional in customer service.”

“Bought this for my husband for a gift. We are retired and late in the day he gets cold so the heated vest is just what the doctor ordered. He loves it. The instructions are way to small of print for elderly eyes. Hard to read.”

“I have several OroRo vest and I love them. They keep me warm during cold days at work. I ordered the jacket and unfortunately I did read the reviews. It was $100 off so I did save money. I bought a size larger and it is exactly as billed sleeves are way too short, and the jacket is overall too big. I thought I would get the larger jacket so that I would have longer sleeves total fail.”
